Auto Glass Now

They were a repair shop recommended by my insurance carrier. We went there and they replaced the glass. However they also decided not to vacuum the glass inside the car and told us WE needed to get it detailed. Then all a sudden they vacuumed it, which they didn't really, becuase my wife opened the door and patted the driver side seat to which she cut herself. She said OW loudly to get a response of Don't Do That!...Oops our bad I guess? Our car was a minivan and we have kids...guess my kids shouldn't be kids in the car either. O it gets worse. You have to remove the trimming around the windshield to remove the glass and install a new one. So they rip it off and break every retaining clip. What do they do? They replace glass and put the trim back on with the broken clips. Doesn't even say a word. They sent us on our way without even saying anything. I only found out after my work ended and I went home. I inspected it and noticed the trim was very loose...would've flown off if we caught any real speed. See photos attached. For reference-white specs are Micro shards of glass and glass dust in vents and center console (not so much everyday dust). Yellow clips should be double sided not broken off on one side. Insurance had to get involved a second time. I'm now trying to figure out if my sensors haves been recalibrate since the only confirmation I had was a billed receipt...no report. Take it to someone who is legitimately honest and cares about their reputation.

Friendly staff, good customer service, poor craftsmanship. Recommended by my insurance. Left side of the windshield has incorrect bead placement of sealer which now means the driver's side windshield molding doesn't fit properly. Rear view mirror and front camera cover tabs are bent out of place and not properly secured and to top it all off there is now glass in my passenger seat which no one bothered to vacuum up. I've been a mechanic for almost a decade and this just seems like the technician was either too busy or to lazy to care.... Thankfully I can fix this all myself but try and do better man.... Edit, they have now replied four days after and I will be calling them Tomorrow to see how they plan on "fixing this" 2-1 star Edit, called them and they never called back. Yeah don't go here.

Driver side window of my new Tahoe was broken into at the gym at 2pm on Thursday afternoon. My window was replaced at 8am on Friday morning. • Cheapest price in town. • First place I called. • They took the truck in at 7:59am and finished at 8:47am. The best advice I would give anyone is to clean up as much glass as you can to make the job go faster. I spent an hour cleaning glass up from the interior while in the gym parking lot with the aid of a vacuum and another person. Had I not thoroughly cleaned it myself, that time could have easily been added on top of the job. Mariah in the front office is the kindest woman on the planet. Treat her right.

Honestly really happy with them. The manager was able to come pick up my car, install my windshield, and drop it off. I especially appreciate that they text or call when they arrive since I have 4 dogs. I noticed some pretty bad reviews, so when I got my windshield replaced I used some of the photos here as reference to check if they did a good job with my car. Honestly I saw nothing wrong. They took good care to put everything back how they found it. I didn’t see any broken brackets, loose rubber trims, beading, nothing. Honestly any shards would be kind of hard to see. I’ll admit I didn’t really notice anything past some crumbs that I left.

Called them at 0800 and stated that I would like my windshield replaced. They gave me a qoute that beat their competitors and they were able to fit me in and get the work done same day. They were courteous, kind and the atmosphere was amazing. I'd do business here again without a doubt. The Carrollton location is within walking distance from many food restaurants so you can go grab a quick bite as you wait for your windshield to be replaced. Getting my windshield replaced with Autoglass Now was so easy! O arrived at my appointment time, the technician met me as I walked in the door, confirmed which vehicle was mine, took the keys, gave me an estimated time of completion. Checked in 1x while they were doing the work to say they were just cleaning it up and I was on my way in the estimated time frame! Highly recommend!
