From a terrible experience with another auto glass company, to an amazing experience with Titan Auto Glass, Clarissa made this experience the best. Within 36 hours of a phone call to installation, my windshield was ordered, and installed. Titan Auto is a preferred dealer with most insurances, which means the auto insurance will stand behind their craftsmanship and quality of parts. A auto glass company I was originally with was not insured, did not have the backing of any insurance company, and only offered a 30 day warranty (and was contracted out to another company for install). Titan was backed by Allstate, insured, and offers a lifetime warranty on their parts and labor, in which many auto glass companies do not offer. Not to mention locally owed and operated with their own employees, has integrity with their service and installation, and convenient hours to serve their customers. Coming from a negative situation, Titan Auto assured me my windshield would be cared for in the best manner and my prior experience with another auto glass company would not be repeated. This is exactly what they did, and I’m glad I chose Titan Auto Glass for my windshield replacement. Clarissa will take care of you, handles the claim, and expresses the best interest in the customer being cared for. They are people helping people, and that’s hard to find in the world today.

They where great with my truck (Bronco Sport), I scheduled the replacement to be done at my home. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars Is because they arrived around an hour late, If they would have let me know in advance I wouldn’t have taken an uber where i was going. The second thing is that they left just a little bit of dirt on the inside ceiling close to the glass and on the exterior on the border limit of the glass the glue was kind of messy applied(jut a small area). Other than that, they did a GREAT WORK, 6 months from the replacement and its all perfect, the price is way better than any other place. I definitely recommend them and would go back to them(hopefully not).

Called Titan Auto Glass due to a damaged windshield on my 2011 Ford Transit Connect. Spoke to a Representative who provided me a quote for replacement which was more than reasonable. Scheduled an appointment the same day. The Technician Julio came out and replaced the windshield with recommendations. Julio was Professional, respectful and knowledge of the task at hand. In my line of work I will be referring Titan Auto Glass Repair to my customers who needs auto glass repair. Thanks Titan and I will be calling them back to replace my windshield on my other vehicle. I waited to post this review because I wanted to see how about a week the glass would stand. Well, it's been well over a month with harsh rain and weather and I can gladly say the glass is STILL holding up, no leaks or anything. I honestly would recommend their services to my friends and family, mainly because they communicated with me through the whole process and answered my questions. Even Adrian who installed the glass was super cool and he let me know if there was anything he needed from me. I highly recommend them, you will not regret it!

Jorge was so sweet! It was raining out, kinda chilly. But he didn’t complain at all. Took his time to do it right. Made me laugh the whole time. Very good guy. They were the first company to respond to my estimate inquiry, and hundreds less than the one that called right after them. Didn’t even bother with the third company that called me back. Clarissa was very nice on the phone. I’m just so grateful they were so quick and did such a great job. And he put me in such a good mood for the day!

Was thoroughly impressed by this company! Not only did I call them after noon on a Thursday, but they were able to work with my insurance company AND send TWO technicians to my house to replace the cracked windshields of two of my cars. When all was said and done, both cars had new windshields before 5pm that same day I called, and because of my insurance, it was at no cost to me! I will be recommending Titan Autoglass to all my friends, neighbors and acquaintances! Very highly satisfied!

Very professional and friendly staff. Complete information and competitive pricing were provided up front. They had also provided complimentary Lyft transportation after dropping off my vehicle and upon my return pickup. An issue with the replacement windshield was discovered several days after installation but resolved with care and attention. Throughout this experience, Titan Auto Glass exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend their services. A+++

AN ABSOLUTE GODSEND. I had a huge crack in my windshield and needed a place that accepts payment plans. Titan is that place! They have great customer service, a clean customer service room and super kind professional receptionists. I felt safe, supported and respected— so refreshing to have when dealing with car issues. The receptionists made my day with their kindness and willingness to help. I’m saving this place in favorites and telling all my friends.
