My wife had a very disappointing experience with this company. After they replaced her windshield, she noticed an air leak and brought it to their attention. Despite multiple visits, the issue was never resolved. She contacted the owner, Iman, who redirected her back to the original technician, Michael—unfortunately, the same person who was unable to fix the problem in the first place. After leaving a negative review, Iman reached out and offered to replace the windshield at no cost. However, my wife requested a refund instead, which he declined. The only alternative he offered was a two-year rock chip warranty and a future free replacement if needed—but at this point, she no longer trusts the quality of their work or service. Because of this experience, she wouldn’t use this company again, and the warranties or offers they extended are not meaningful to her.

I went with this company because they were the cheapest option for auto glass replacement, but I absolutely would not recommend them. The experience was frustrating from start to finish. After replacing the front windshield on my brand-new 2025 Buick, I immediately noticed an air leak while driving — you could clearly hear wind coming in. To make things worse, my car was scratched during the installation process. The installer told me it was safe to drive home in the rain and just to go slow over bumps — but that “rain” ended up being their excuse for the air leak. They tried to fix it three times and still couldn’t get it right. No improvement. At this point, I regret not choosing a more reputable company with better-trained installers and a stronger guarantee. Save yourself the headache and go with someone who stands behind their work.

Unfortunately it had all my credit cards and my license among other important things. This is awful. But… what good came out of it? To be honest, getting to work with the folks who fixed my window. I was fortunate enough to find Texas Reliable Auto Glass on Google . I’ve rarely had such fast, HONEST, friendly service. They are a family- owned business, which I love. They are super responsive to communication. They are so sweet, but also so knowledgeable. They’ve been in the business for decades. They listens to my needs and came to my house and fixed my window. I’ll never call another glass service again. I’m a fan of Texas reliable auto glass for life!

On my way back from San Antonio a rock hit my windshield and cracked it to where it was irreparable. Got a couple of quotes from other glass companies but I decided to go through Texas Reliable Auto Glass due to their quick response, reasonable quote/warranty and the mobile service to come to me. I was able to schedule the same week and my windshield was fixed within the hour. A couple days later it rained and my windshield was not detecting the rain while the sensor was on. Called Texas Reliable Auto Glass and told them what was going on and came out the next day (Saturday) due to my traveling schedule to Houston and San Antonio that same day. Always nice and very informative while completing the work will recommend to family and friends.

My windows got broken at a hiking trail. Iman responded to my call right away and the time from call to him being in my driveway fixing the windows was less than 2 hours, even with bad weather blowing in. He was thorough and explained additional repairs that may be needed in the future depending on how badly the control mechanism was broken and showed me what to watch for. He was prompt, personable, and did good work. It was about $725 to replace 2 windows because of trying to get it done right away before snow came. I did not call any other companies to know about pricing, but he did exactly what he promised for the price he quoted. I was pleased with the work and would recommended this company.

Last week 2 of my windows were smashed and my car was broken into Tuesday at Mount Bonnell and items stolen from my car. I tried Safelite and the dealerships for replacement and they were several days out and I could not wait that long. I found Texas Reliable Auto Glass through google and the reviews were very good so I decided to call. He met us at the hotel within 3 hours of calling and replaced both windows and cleaned out all the small pieces of glass. It is a small family owned business and they are very responsive and communicated throughout the entire time. I'm thankful and grateful to Texas Reliable Auto Glass as they helped us during a bad situation.

Incredible customer service and responsiveness. My drivers side window was broken during a hike. Came across these guys after a google search and requested a quote through their website. In less than about 10 minutes I received a call from Iman. He quoted me a reasonable fee for the replacement and he was able to schedule me the same day. Communication is excellent, and the service was quick, high quality work. Was able to get most of the glass and vacuumed it up too. Hopefully, I won’t have another window busted, but if I ever need anything glass related, I’m 100% contracting these guys again.

Update: Needed to use Texas Reliable again because someone broke into my car. They were able to come to my house the next day and replace my passenger window. Replacement took all of 15 minutes, was hundreds cheaper than other estimates, and it matched my factory tint perfectly. Couldn't be more satisfied! Great price, fast, convenient, and fantastic attention to detail! They will come to your house or office for replacement, so you won't need to take time out of your schedule. Great communication with the office and technician, and they were able to get me scheduled right away.
