Absolute Glass was super easy to work with. I called and spoke with Amber, who gave me a quick quote. After calling their technician to try and get an ETA and hearing that it would not be until later in the day, Amber and the owner came out themselves and were at my apartment in about an hour. It took about 20 minutes, they vacuumed the car, and the price was fair. All in all, it took about 2 hours from the time I first placed the call to the time that it was done!

I don't leave reviews on Google but I was very impressed with the service quality and friendliness of the people who work at Absolute Auto Glass. You never like to have to pay to have your windshield fixed, but if you're going to, I'd recommend this business because from start to finish, it was a smooth process. Haley took down my info and scheduled me for mobile service at my home within 24 hours; Chance arrived on time (!!) and fixed my windshield within 20 minutes. I enjoyed talking to him, and was fascinated at how quickly he could work while also holding an engaging conversation. Above and beyond what I was hoping for- and, also importantly, the price was less than the other places I called. So my review is 5 stars! I called up Armadillo glass on 2/21/2024 and got appointment set up by Thomas for Thursday, 2/22/24. I was informed it will be 2 hour window at 1PM. Sure enough, I got a prompt call from Greg on 2/22 to let me know he is on his way to my house. I met up with Greg with a long beard like Dusty Hills of the the zz Top. It was sunny and warm that day. Greg started working on the windshield immediately. It is taken Greg about an hour to complete the windshield replacement. The part description is windshield with green tint blue shade (Solar) FW02294GBN and quality urethane. Greg transferred the driver mirror, TX tag, registration sticker and even the oil change sticker to the new windshield perfectly. Greg did an amazingly great job. I totally love what Greg did to my 2004 Honda CRV new windshield. I appreciate Thomas for precise scheduling and answering the phone and to Greg for fantastic workmanship. I am giving a 5-star rating. Thank you Greg.

Absolutely incredible experience and swift process! Got a rock chip on my windshield on my commute yesterday. Originally got quoted by the well known big name glass repair company for over twice as much and were gonna make me drive almost 30 minutes north – no thanks. Then I discovered Atlas Auto Glass Repair on Google Maps and reached out to them at 2 PM just two and a half hours ago from writing this review today and booked the repair process over text. Technician Jordan arrived just two and a half hours later and performed the repair within 15 minutes from start to finish, but it honestly felt quicker than that! He also happened to use the exact same professional kit from the only brand authorized by Tesla to perform glass repairs and the outcome was impressive, almost like it never happened! I am now recommending Atlas Auto Glass Repair to all of my friends and acquaintances in the Austin area. These guys are forever my solid go-to for my future auto glass needs when the unexpected happens. You guys absolutely rock! (no pun intended hehe)

I obviously cannot speak for other people in their experiences. But I can tell you that these guys are mobile and I've used them out of auto shop where I get my oil change. One time we had what we thought was a rock chip but it wasn't even a chip they told us the truth instead of taking advantage of us and didn't charge us anything like they could have because we were willing to pay. Since then they have helped my good friend and a couple other people I have seen when they need their chips fixed. They work with you to usually get it covered for free under most insurances and that is stand up!

Austin Mobile Glass to the rescue! My Birthday was on Friday and when I went out to my truck to go and meet friends for lunch, I found someone had broken into the truck by smashing the driver's side window. Did not make for a good beginning on my special day. I called a friend who works for Toyota and he suggested that I call Austin Mobile Glass, which I did, but was fearful that they would not have window glass for a '94 Toyota truck - or that it would be a special order and very expensive. Luckily Kristen, the very kind person who answered the phone, listened to my tale of woe and lightened my spirit by saying that they did have the window glass, that it was factory tinted and they could come out the very next morning - on a Saturday- to fix the glass, as I already had plans for the rest of Friday. Kristen said that David would be the technician who would be out and that he would call in advance to let me know when he would be arriving. David did call, in less than an hour I had new window glass installed, the million pieces of glass bits had been vacuumed out of the door, the floor, the seats and even the bits of glass on the ground around the vehicle. I was pleased with the price for the new window glass and installation. I'll definitely refer anyone who needs their vehicle glass replaced to Austin Mobile Glass. BTW, there were multiple vehicles broken into in Round Rock Thursday Night and Austin Mobile Glass took care of 5 of the vehicles - they must be good! Thank You Austin Mobile Glass!!
