I had a small crack in my windshield, but after this most recent ice storm, I noticed that the small crack had now spread across the entirety of the bottom of my windshield. I called several companies and Rick Auto Glass not only had the lowest price but they also came out to my house to do the replacement. They kept me updated with any changes, and the technician messaged me me on estimated arrival time, as well as how long it would take once he arrived. The windshield looks great, they transferred my mirror, TX TAG, registration,and oil change stickers, and they were not only friendly, but very professional. Payment was also easy, and they have several options. I don't plan on having to replace any more windows, but if I do, I'll definitely be using Rick Auto Glass again, as well as recommend them to anyone else I know that needs replacement.
