Main Autoglass LLC

On May 2nd 2016 Main Auto Glass installed a windshield on my 2013 Ford C-Max. The window then cracked May 6th, from top to bottom. The tape had not even been taken off the glass. I called to inform this, and was told they would look into it. I kept getting told they would come out, or that they would call back, I had to call 5 times that day. They said they would be out before 3pm. I was finally told at about 4pm after calling yet again that they would be out Monday before noon to replace. They never came Monday, so I called about 1pm. I was told they would be out to replace that afternoon, I had to call again at 3pm. I started to get all kinds of questions about did something hit it or anything, which it did not. The crack had to grown to cover the whole windshield by that time. I was told they would be out before noon Tuesday. Again, I never received a call and they did not show up. At about 130 they called and said they would be out. When they finally arrived, it was one guy without the glass. He immediately said something hit the glass and they would not replace. He also yelled at me that I could file a BBB claim, he didn't care. It rained that night and water came in the car due to the massive crack that had formed. When I had it replaced Wednesday they said that kind of crack should not have formed even if a rock did not hit it. The glass was "bad stuff", and when he went to replace found a ton of scratches from when Main Auto Glass replaced the original windshield. There are scratches all along the top of the car now, which apparently they tried to cover with the tape they said not to remove for 3 days.

Replaced windshield, within a few hours of installation my lane departure sensor kept coming on. Called Main glass to inform. They sent out a technician to inspect. The technician assessed the windshield says installation was performed properly but now it needs calibration which they do not take care of!! The manager said it was a risk/complication that may happen. She offered no customer service no solutions no apology ! NOBODY at any point informed me of any risk or possibility that this may happen! I even had to provide VIN# before setting appointment and getting a quote for installation. I am now looking at 300-600$ repair to calibrate the sensors due to the new windshield! BUYER be BEWARE! DO NOT do business!

Woke up with a broken windshield in the morning and I reached out to Main Autoglass and got everything schedule in a matter of minutes. Windshield was ordered and only took 2 days to get everything ordered and installed. Best part is they came to where I was at without having to take work off. They gave me a heads up when they were on the way and the only thing they required from me was to leave the car unlocked. I left for lunch and by the time I came back everything was finished and done perfectly, this was all done in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend my friends and family and anyone to reach out to them to replace any windshields, they’re amazing. I couldn’t be any happier.

I needed my truck's front windshield replaced and Main Auto offered unmatched pricing. I called 10 different companies, but Main Auto's price beat them all. I had a great experience with them--their responses via text message were quick, they were able to replace my windshield within two days, and it would have been sooner if the weather wasn't so cold and stormy at the time. They met me at my home so I didn't need to drive anywhere. The worker was very kind, professional, and was able to complete the job within an hour. Afterwards he explained to me what I needed to do to take care of it, and that the job also comes with a warranty. I will definitely recommend this company to others.

I very rarely leave reviews but I felt I should in this instance. I was having a bad day when my car got broken into at bull creek (beware it happens there ALL the time) I called them and they immediately answered the phone and told me they could have someone out to me in a few hours which was such a relief. They came to my house in hyde park and the tech was so nice. He also speaks spanish for those of you that need that. They fixed my car up and took payment on the phone within four hours of me calling them. I’m very satisfied with the job they did and the ease of this expert especially after such a stressful day. So i recommend them!

Car was broken into and burglarized so I called the closest shop with on-site repair. Left shards of glass not only inside my door, but also all over my car, informing me to simply go to a car wash and use their shop vacs. Got kicked out of the car wash because you can't use their vacuums for glass, turns out it's "dangerous for the employees" and that "the glass repair guy should do that." At least they offered to let me use their broom instead of leaving me with a car full of glass shards, unlike the guy I paid $200/hr. I'll have to go back to the car wash incognito because I spent all my shop vac savings on this bullshit company.

I used Main auto glassat the reccomendation of a waitress. As she said. They had the berry best price. One guy did the prep amd had to wait for the windshield to come. It was after dark when they finished. It was ok though. Then about 3 weeks later I ran my wipers for the first time. They were misaligned. I thought, "Oh no! I got cheap work for a cheap price. " However, I called and they were VERY good about it. They sent someone out at MY first convenience. He was prompt and fixed it in minutes.
