Your search ends here! I experienced absolutely amazing customer service and work with J1 Auto Glass. I woke up one day to my passenger side window looking shattered. I was a victim of vandalism. That same day I started searching around the Austin area to get prices on how much it would cost to get my window replaced and also when they could do it. One place even wanted me to come in first so that they could give me a quote. I found J1 Auto Glass some time around 1 pm and the price I was quoted was a lot less than all of the other businesses had quoted me and he said he would be able to come out to my place in the next couple of hours to replace it! He showed up on time and in under an hour, my car window was back to normal in less than 24 hours from the time it had been damaged! For all my car window needs, I will always reach out to J1 Auto Glass first and I highly recommend them for fast service and a great price!

Jose deserves a medal! I first worked with him when I needed to replace my windshield. He quoted me $200 less than Safelite and got me IN THE SAME DAY and he came to my place. Safelite said they couldn't get me in until 3 weeks later. The second time I worked with him was a few weeks later when someone smashed my window and stole my purse. I really was stressed out, but again Jose came the day of. It doesn't seem like a big deal, but I called him at 4PM and he came to my place at a 5PM on a FRIDAY. This man is a saint. I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving my car with a broken window on my street and he really was fast, efficient and reliable in a time of distress after my break in. Wow! Highly recommend Jose's J1 Auto Glass. This is what "supporting local" is all about - you get a real person when you call who is not only the person doing your glass but also the owner (Jose), within a few minutes he tells you whether he has the part and schedules your appointment (he did, and same day), he arrives on time at your house and gets the job done in 45 minutes, and his work is 10 of 10. Additionally, I incorrectly stated the windshield was not heated and the guy was smart enough to bring both an unheated and heated replacement and gave me the correct (heated) windshield without any surcharge. Jose at J1 Auto Glass was fantastic! He was able to fit us in the same day for a cracked windshield, and his pricing was more than reasonable — definitely better than anything we expected. On top of that, he took the time to look at my personal vehicle, which also has a crack, and pointed out that I had actually been overcharged through my insurance, thinking I was getting a deal. From now on, I’ll be calling Jose directly for my personal vehicle, and we plan to use him for any future glass repairs on our company vehicles as well. He was extremely professional, super friendly, and had the job done in just 45 minutes. Highly recommend!

These guys are seriously amazing! My car was broken into Sunday afternoon and I was left irritated and frustrated that I was gonna have to be driving around or not able to drive my car with the window completely missing. I called them at 7:30 the second day opened up Monday morning and they were at my house by 10 AM that day and the window is fixed by 10:30!! They were quick and efficient and genuinely great people! You can tell why they have five stars. Not to mention they quoted me for half of what Safelite was going to try and charge me! J1 Will be my new go to if I ever need any glass replaced again!

10/10, I’ll never use another company. Jose was so sweet and really cares about his work. He brought one type of window to repair my 2018 Chevy Camaro convertible after my car was burglarized, and he spent way over the his estimated time ensuring the window operated properly. He even took it upon himself to go back to his shop to grab another type of window when the first didn’t seal properly with my convertible top. Safelight quoted me over $500 for the repair and I even paid Jose extra for his work and spent a little over half that. Please support this man’s business!

Jose replaced my windshield about 5 or so months ago. His prices were great, communication was quick, and scheduling was easy. I'd highly recommend using him for your auto glass needs! The day after he installed my windshield, I noticed a lot of wind noise driving down the highway. I called him and he came out that day to check for any holes. He did find a spot he missed, so he sealed it up, and I've had no issues since. I appreciate him standing by his work and making sure his customers are taken care of.

Jose is the best in town. I called around and he gave me the best price. I lived a little out of his service area but he met me one town over and installed my back window in 30 min. He also told me to keep the slider portion and I could sell it as people look for them, something he could have kept to himself but didn't. Jose is amazing! Don’t go anywhere else! I was calling around town for windshield quotes and Jose gave me the best one. Not only was it the most affordable option, he comes to you and installs it. My car was broken into last night- passenger side windows totally smashed. Geico & Safelite quoted me over $600 for replacements with a charge for using the mobile unit that would not be available until Monday. I called Jose at J1 and he was at my apartment less than 3 hours later and was done in an hour. Professional, courteous, excellent pricing, and a job well done.
