G-Tek had replaced a door window for a hyndai elantra in April 2023 for $160 all inclusive. Unfortunately the vehicle was burglarized again and this time, in January 2024 they are now quoting $245 for the same service. This is a quintessential example of price gouging. Since vehicle burglaries are on the rise, businesses such as this are adding to the pain of the vehicle owner by increasing their prices unreasonably. Glass is not 80% more expensive and am absolutely certain they are not paying their employees 80% more than they did a year before. Such practices contribute to the social pain by increasing insurance costs and adding to the nuisance of petty crime. Shame on this business. Edit: Following my past review, this business offered me the same price as before. I really appreciate their quick response, and their courteousness. However, I do feel that the threat of a bad review should not have been needed.

My technician David is amazing. He came out to my location to replace the windshield on my 2020 Toyota Corolla. Great response time, great service and very affordable price. This is the 6th car I bring to gtek and they never disappoint
