Fair pricing, Quick service, and Professional. Storytime: I noticed a shattered quarter glass on our rear passenger side. Called on a Sunday night after-hours hoping to get on his schedule. He asked for Year, Make, and Model. Checked his inventory access real-time, quoted me a price, and got me on a time-window for the next-day (Monday) -- texted my number asking for my address. Simple. There was a bit of a delay from his supplier, so I had to wait a few more hours outside of the 3 hour window he was aiming for... but thats ok considering the night before a storm had come through Austin and several vehicles had their glass broken from fallen tree debris. From the moment he arrived, he got right to work, and was finished in less than 1 hour. In the end, he accepted Peer-to-Peer payment. And he said if I run into any problems with the glass replacement to let him know and he would get it taken care of. What more can you ask for? Someone that guarantees their work and is fair in their pricing.

Had my windshield shot up...insurance was no help then Azaz auto glass to the rescue. He was a no nonsense get you on your way kinda person. He replaced my windshield in a jiffy and the best part was that the price was very reasonable...actually better than safe light and a lot if other places... I can't recommend him enough...he truly is a diamond in the rough.!!!! He even let me watch and joked about charging me for trade secrets I now knew:) I hope nothing unexpected happens to my windshield or other windows but if it does happen I now have him on speed dial.

Fair prices. I called for a quote for resealing of my windshield. Steve came out same day. He’s very knowledgeable in his work but stern. A smile goes along way with him. The thesis was to add urethane to my old window glue, before intensive work. My window seal is leaking! I have found him not a man of his word. I will update this complaint if he comes forward. This business is completely unreliable if you want professional service. They/he refused to provide me with any paperwork, nor did they/he respond to my repeated inquiries for a work order or invoice. My insurance company denied my claim as a result. 100% do not recommend doing business with this shifty little bit...

Had my car broken into the night before, called to see if they were able to replace my window. Within an hour of me sending my location and time available, a worker was sent out. He was extremely kind and helpful, able to completely replace my window in about 20 minutes. Extremely affordable and amazing service!!!

Got my windshield replaced with Azaz about a month ago and I’m super happy with the results—no issues at all. I really appreciated their honesty; other places like Safelight tried to upsell me on recalibration I didn’t even need, which would’ve doubled the cost. Fair pricing, solid work—highly recommend!

We highly recommend this plate for your auto glass needs! He was at our house within a couple of hours of our call. His price was very reasonable and he did the repair right in our driveway! He even took the extra time to check EVERYTHING to make sure it all worked perfectly.

This place was amazing! Steve gave me the cheapest quote (called 10+ places), fixed it same day, and came to me. After car was broken into, the ease and convenience of his service was the highlight. He was funny too! Couldn’t recommend this place more.
