What an incredible and efficient experience! I am truly so glad that I opted for Austin Windshields (after being recommended by a colleague) for my broken windshield. Within minutes of submitting an inquiry I received a follow-up and very reasonable quote (compared to others) and booked my appointment shortly after. They were able to get someone here super quick (called on Saturday and had an appt on Monday) and they came directly to my home so I didn’t have to sit and wait somewhere else. I waited a few days after having my windshield replaced to ensure the job was well done. It's been more than a week and I've put a fair amount of miles under the new glass and haven't faced any issues so far. The scheduling was same day, i had them working on it from the convenience of my home in under 5 hours since i made the call. Jay answered all my questions, was clear about scheduling and responsive. The tech was friendly and ensured i understood the process and got the job done. I recommend this company for this reason. They did pop up as Safelite under my insurance and I've noticed that Safelite in Austin doesn't have a good track record but Austin Windshields did a good job for me.

I love supporting local business so I needed a new windshield to pass inspection so I called this business. I called on Friday and they came on Saturday to my house. The technician was very friendly and had the job done in under an hour. The owner called me shortly after to check on the job. I must admit I am very happy with the results. The price was given up front with no up-sell (turned out cheaper than I thought it would be). They were able to save my registration sticker and toll sticker and put them back on. I highly recommend this business and with Texas roads being what they are, I will definitely be using this business again.

I highly recommend Austin Windshields! After Safelite canceled my service appointment with no notification I called Austin Windshields to see if they could help. I wish I would have started with them to begin with. They were able to come out the very next day, the person I spoke with on the phone was so helpful, the service technician was kind and professional, and it was such an easy experience. Requested a quote on their website. Received a callback the same day with a quote. Installer arrived on time the next day and had my windshield replaced in less than an hour. Installer did great job & cleaned up perfectly. This is the second time I have had Austin Windshield replace my windshield. Rocks kicked up from Texas roads really do a number on windshields. Got my windshield replaced by Austin Windshields and they were awesome! Super easy to book, showed up on time, and got the job done fast. The new windshield looks perfect. They also made sure to clean up everything afterward and gave my son and I clear instructions on care and safety after the install.
