Absolutely incredible experience and swift process! Got a rock chip on my windshield on my commute yesterday. Originally got quoted by the well known big name glass repair company for over twice as much and were gonna make me drive almost 30 minutes north – no thanks. Then I discovered Atlas Auto Glass Repair on Google Maps and reached out to them at 2 PM just two and a half hours ago from writing this review today and booked the repair process over text. Technician Jordan arrived just two and a half hours later and performed the repair within 15 minutes from start to finish, but it honestly felt quicker than that! He also happened to use the exact same professional kit from the only brand authorized by Tesla to perform glass repairs and the outcome was impressive, almost like it never happened! I am now recommending Atlas Auto Glass Repair to all of my friends and acquaintances in the Austin area. These guys are forever my solid go-to for my future auto glass needs when the unexpected happens. You guys absolutely rock! (no pun intended hehe)

I made the mistake of trusting Atlas auto glass to replace my windshield and the "technician" destroyed the dashboard of my truck in the process. The damage is in excess of $3000, not to mention the windshield trim or interior screws that went missing. When I reached out to the company about this I was given a managers info by the name of Sina. After playing phone tag with Sina for almost a week we had a short conversation where he largely dismissed my complaint but ended the conversation by stating he would "reach out to his business partner and call me right back". After over a week with no return call or resolution, I disputed the charge with my bank and after two months of not a word from Sina or Atlas auto glass they have the audacity to dispute my claim and tell my bank they are willing to work with me. Called again today (4/20/2023 11:39 AM), left a voicemail and received no response. I got a small rock chip on my drive into Austin for work and wanted to repair ot as soon as possible to prevent it from spreading. I called Atlas Auto Glass after google search and checking out their reviews. They answered right away. Friendly and to the point I scheduled a technician for four hours later. Jordan arrived and called me at work to let me know he was on site, after inspecting the small crack he went to work and after 20 minutes or so you could not notice where my windshield was damaged. They were very helpful, communicative and reliable! I needed my windshield changed after a giant branch fell on it so I went through my insurance. Nika was so nice and helpful, she explained the details and process to me and set me up with my appointment. However I ended up having an emergency that day and had to reschedule at the last minute and they came out again two days later. Jose the technician was very professional, he got the job done quickly and was very understanding about the reschedule. I would definitely recommend Atlas to anyone needing a glass replacement. This company is on the ball about getting in touch with the customer quickly when asking for an online quote. The wait for an appointment was short considering we just had a hail storm. I got a few quotes from other companies in the area including safelite who said it would be at least three weeks until I could get in schedule, plus there price was almost 250 dollars more than Atlas Auto Glass quote was. If I could give more stars I would. I called when my driver window stopped responding to the switch. I stopped mid way on a Saturday morning. I called first, Nica was extremely helpful with the questions they asked to understand and target the issue, which seems common in the type of car I have and they see often. It took a short time for them to respond with an estimate after locating the part. They were able to install it same day. They were done with the installation (about an hour) in less time then it took me to drive there. Thanks Nica, Nico, and Atlas!

Professional and fast! My fiancé ’ needed his passenger front and back windows replaced for 2015 Mercedes Benz S550. Originally we thought it would be replaced the following day because of special tools needed to remove the existing window. However they were able to fix it same day. We dropped off and picked it back up within 2hours! And the appointment scheduler was so nice she lost power when making our appointment and still returned our call within minutes. Highly recommend, the tech that replaced glass was fast and the replacement was perfect 👍🏾

I would recommend atlas time and time again to all friends and family!. I reached out to several places around Austin about getting my windshield repaired and they were the most friendly and responsive. I ran into a problem when I was there, I’ll spare you guys the details, but they were so willing to help me with my issue and helped me resolve it.
