Adequate Auto Glass

Jay is responsive and took me in right away. He quoted me a high price to fix my tesla windshield that had a 1.5 inch crack from a rock off the highway. He mentioned that after the repair, it will be structurally fixed completely backed by a lifetime warranty and 80% less visible visually. The repair was quick but visually I see no remarkable difference, < 20% reduction in the crack from acrylic filing. I talked to Jay after the repair and told him this isn’t what I was told and he changed his story and asked me to take the car elsewhere to verify that it is fixed. I asked him to give me a break on cost because the end result is sub-par to which he said all sales are final. He also couldn’t give me a receipt that mentioned anything about the lifetime warranty that is mentioned on his website. Beware!

I got my Winshield replaced. Jay and Lupe did an amazing job. Very professional and great communication. It was such an easy and fast service. Took about 30 min and I was already on my way home. Oh by the way I got a great price and I did comparison with other glass services. I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this business to others. Lupe habla español +. I am telling everyone I know to come here the next time they need auto glass work. My car got broken into last week and unfortunately only afterwards I learned I had a $500 deductible for auto glass repair costs...Safelight was quoting me $490 for my new window. This business saved me nearly $200 for the window replacement + threw in a complimentary car wash. I am blown away by the level of customer service. Never going anywhere else for window work (or car washes, for that matter) after today.

Did an excellent job repairing my windshield chip - you can barely see it now. I showed up without an appointment when he was already on his way home, and was kind enough to turn back around, which I appreciated. He was pleasant to speak with and explained exactly what he did. The carwash thrown in at the end was a nice touch! P.S - The other employees at the carwash were welcoming and hospitable, as well.

He got me scheduled quickly, completed the job fast, and kept me informed the whole time. Most importantly, Jay was honest and straightforward—something that’s hard to come by these days. Had a small crack in my windshield. Called up a couple places including Magic Glass but said they couldn't do it. Spoke with Jay here at Adequate and said it'd be no problem. Had a guy come out by the afternoon and fix the chip with a lifetime warranty. Would definitely recommend them. I called a few glass places and only these guys called me back. And they did so immediately. Best experience after getting my window smashed last night. It’s located at the car wash because they contract the glass work out there. The job was finished in 45 minutes, was cheaper than any other place, and they added a free carwash!!

Jay and team are truly amazing. I came in freaking out about a crack in my windshield and Jay kindly explained everything and fixed/secured the crack in about 20 minutes! He also cleaned the car at no additional charge. Cannot recommend this place enough! I will be coming here to get my car cleaned going forward. 10/10.

Had a huge crack down my windshield that I needed replaced. Called Jay on a Sunday and was in Monday for replacement. Took around 45 minutes. They used same OEM windshield brand that was originally in the car. Fair price and good customer service. Would come back if I ever need a chip repaired or full replacement!
