I don't leave reviews on Google but I was very impressed with the service quality and friendliness of the people who work at Absolute Auto Glass. You never like to have to pay to have your windshield fixed, but if you're going to, I'd recommend this business because from start to finish, it was a smooth process. Haley took down my info and scheduled me for mobile service at my home within 24 hours; Chance arrived on time (!!) and fixed my windshield within 20 minutes. I enjoyed talking to him, and was fascinated at how quickly he could work while also holding an engaging conversation. Above and beyond what I was hoping for- and, also importantly, the price was less than the other places I called. So my review is 5 stars! I called Absolute Auto to fix a chip in my windshield. Kelly arrived and immediately let me know that my chip wasn't fixable. There was a run from the chip that was too long and if he tried to fix it - it would run all the way up the windshield. So he drilled a little hole above the crack to hopefully have the run stop at the little hole. He was very professional and kind. He didn't charge me and when I tried to give him a tip - he wouldn't take it. First of all when I need a service I prefer a local business. Absolute Auto Glass is a local family owned business and that gives incredible service and does an amazing job. Haley received my call and was as pleasant as could be. She set me up with an appointment the next day. Chance called me right on time and came to my house to make the repairs. Haley was super kind and helpful with setting up an appointment to get my truck windshield fixed, they were able to come fix it the day after I called them. Chance did the replacement and did thorough excellent work and even got all my stickers back on the glass! Chase replaced my husband's windshield in our garage and the overall experience was great! He's so nice, professional and knows his stuff. He even transferred the windshield stickers from the old one to the new. We had an absolutely amazing experience with Absolute, I cannot recommend them more! Our windshield gasket was coming loose and other shops had insisted we would need to replace a perfectly good windshield just to fix it.
