Absolute Auto Glass

Absolute Glass was super easy to work with. I called and spoke with Amber, who gave me a quick quote. After calling their technician to try and get an ETA and hearing that it would not be until later in the day, Amber and the owner came out themselves and were at my apartment in about an hour. It took about 20 minutes, they vacuumed the car, and the price was fair. All in all, it took about 2 hours from the time I first placed the call to the time that it was done!

Both my wife's and my cars had cracked windshields and we had bad experience with the "national chain" glass company so we trusted our cars to Absolute Auto Glass and I am so glad we did! They treated us like family, showed great care in the removal of the old glass and where very detailed in cleaning up when they were done. I hope I don't need another windshield any time soon but if I or any of our family members do, we will only trust Absolute Auto Glass!

Okay so this is the best auto glass place in Austin. Best prices I could find around but what really sold me was the guy Chance that they sent out to do the work. Awesome guy, he just had good energy immediately but also he worked so fast and the job he did was pristine and he was very thorough in checking to see if anything else could be done while he was there besides what I had called for. Left nothing to be desired, these guys do what they do well.

I would avoid this company like a bad rash. Had an appointment for them to fix my windshield and they no showed witch cost me money from taking off from work. The scaterbrain woman that took my call had said she forgot this and forgot that and so they couldn't come until the next day. If I were you I'd forget this place and move on to another business. I gave one star since that is as it will allow. Actually should be minus 5 stars!.

I called many places before eventually landing on Absolute Auto for a windshield replacement on my 21 hyundai elantra. I spoke with Chance who was friendly and informative. I was given an affordable quote, the tech, Jeff also had a great mood, came earlier than estimated, seemed ready to work and did a great job. He left zero mess and even set my dash cam back in place. Thank you Absolute Auto for your timely service and great work !

For whatever reason, they refuse to communicate with me in any way. I used their website and system to request service and got no response. I then sent an email requesting any type of follow up or response and still nothing. If your business implements these types of measures to interact with customers, it would be really nice to receive a response, as I really would like my windshield fixed. I guess they don’t care.

Absolute auto glass is amazing the owner kelly is very professional and easy to communicate with. Ibhad to replace my windshield and had to do it fast bc the upcoming weather. The price was unbeatable and the time was shockingingly quick. I will never call anyone but absolute for any of ny glass repair and replacements.!!! Absolutely MINDBLOWING service! Local shops had quoted me anywhere from $350 to $500 to replace my Tundra's windshield, and at least 3-4 hours turnaround time. These guys did mine in barely 30 minutes in Dripping Springs! I'd barely parked before they got to work! Super fast, friendly, and efficient! Convenient, friendly, fast, on-time, and very professional. They weren't the cheapest option, but they came to me and replaced my windshield at my work.
