Tri-State Auto Glass

I had my welcome to Memphis moment when my car got broken into and I needed a new window. The KIA dealership did it incorrectly for $500. They were going to charge me $500 (again) to fix something that was their fault. I called Tri-State Auto Glass and they said they would do it for $80. I immediately drove to their shop and I was out of there in 30 minutes! These guys do fast, honest, fair priced work. They educated me on everything that KIA did wrong and everything they were doing to fix it which I appreciated very much. I highly recommend this place and will never take my auto glass needs anywhere but Tri-State!

Great experience. Good price and mobile. The technician was great also. A family emergency popped up on my end wich caused me to miss the time slot due to me not seeing the His call at the time and I wasn't available at the home were the vehicle was parked. The technician went out his way and followed back up with me. By the end of that day I had my work van window back in,and they made it so convenient by accepting my payment over the phone. I would recommend Tri-state auto glass to all my friends and family. Kudos to Tri -State auto glass.

They have always gone above and beyond for me and my family!! Just got my winshield replaced after a rock detroyed it, they worked me in after the holiday and even helped me get it re-tinted just like it was before!! One stop shop and they even have mobile services too as they did my wife's car not long ago. Jeremy and the Tri-State Auto Glass team always do a great job. I'm a multiple time customer both for personal needs and professional for my customers at my shop. Mateo tends to be my technician and always does a great job. He keeps a tidy work area, great attitude, knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend Tri-State Auto Glass. If I could give more stars I would! A friend recommended this place and I was not disappointed! My truck was broken into and no one else could get my glass for a really long time but they managed to get it for me in just 2 days! All the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional! Great prices and people. I had my side window broken during a burglary. They replaced it 2 days later for half the price of the other guys. Only 1 complaint is that I wish they would have checked the floor of the garage for glass before leaving. I understand there was a lot of glass from the break in also. Even given the little glass left on the floor I highly suggest given price and people.

SHOP LOCAL! I’ve always used a local glass shop that was sold a few years ago to a national company. I took my daughter’s SUV to TriState Auto Glass (locally owned) today and their service was top-shelf. Car was vandalized just after 8a. They located the window and said be there at 1:00p. Thirty minutes later, I was driving away. Great price too.

The owners are the best! Jeremy and Lindsey are so are professional. I had my car front windshield replaced 2 1/2 weeks ago. Today, I'm leaving the Doctor's office. I can't express how well they did the job when everything went wrong on my end. My technical was named Dylan. He did awesome and was very patient with this old lady who couldn't even get her credit card to work! He probably lost his whole lunch time waiting for me to get it worked out.
