So I first took my car to the nation wide auto glass replacement company with the cute little gingle we all hear on TV. I was told I would have to bring my car in even though their ads says they can come to you even if you have a car with safety features that need to be calibrated. My car was there for 4 days because the replacement glass they kept getting ( 2 separate pieces ) was scratched. So I decided to try AAA on a recommendation from my insurance agent. Within 24 hours of my call they came to my home and replaced my glass, calibration at my home and everything. Everyone was very friendly and great to deal with. Don't waste your time with the big name companies that don't respect your time or obviously just don't care. Thank you again for a spectacular experience.

I am a first time customer of fast auto glass. I had a great experience with this company, they have great customer service, very professional. I had to have glass replace at my home, someone came out to do the measurements and gave me an estimate free of charge. The glass in my window looks great and so does the glass frame on my security door. This is a company that I would recommend.

They are the ABSOLUTE BEST at this location. Trust me don’t waste your time even calling anywhere else in Memphis. I needed a rear windshield for my BMW X3 and I called all over Memphis and even priced online everywhere. I was quoted $278-$490 and I called Marilyn (Office Manager) and she was so polite & helpful in a very stressful situation for me. She quoted me $145!!!! Not only did she go over every detail but gave me EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Shout out to the District manager Katrina that was there today as well! They have your glass delivered EVERY HOUR so that helps tremendously...The installation was top notch and they took excellent care of my baby!!! See my before & after pictures below

My car was one of 47 broken Into Feb 23 at Home Depot warehouse in Memphis. I took my car and another here and got 3windows replaced. They said it would be 2 hrs I'm like OMG what I'm go do for 2 hrs sitting in the waiting area. Long story short I was in and out in about 45mins to and 1hr. Fast service being I called the same day and got it done the same day. They prefer a day in advance call to make sure your glass available and there when u bring your vehicle. They did a great job. I only wish there was a vending machine or 2. Maybe courtesy water and coffee. Within a few hours of calling my insurance to have my chipped window fixed Caliber called to schedule an appointment. My insurance said a vendor would call in about 48 hours so that was already a good look! Once on the phone, the care agent was VERY nice & was able to get me booked the NEXT DAY! Caliber was able to come to my home (not typical as most places charge extra to do a service where I live). The phone agent did say they would be here between 8am -5 pm, so that was a bummer as I had a few appointments in the late afternoon. The day of service, I received a call around 830 am from the on site fixer person & he said he would be at my location in less than 30 minutes! Yup! He was polite, professional, explained the process - warnings, warranties, what to do next, etc. It took less than 15 minutes for him to repair the nice rock crack in my windshield & off he went! Great expedited service from phone call to repair. I have used them over q0 years ago for a vehicle repair & will continue to use them for my new vehicle services. Highly recommend!!!

On our way to Memphis, a pebble kicked up by a semi struck our windshield and cracked it. We were going to be in Memphis less than 24 hours but needed it fixed before we went back to Illinois. The people at Abra made an appointment for the next morning and came to us so we didn't have to try to find them. Our grandson is being treated at St Jude's so we really wanted to be with him. The technician came to the parking lot by St Jude's and replaced our windshield right there. In a little over an hour he was done and we were able to leave shortly thereafter. Despite the 95 degree weather, he was friendly, on time and answered all my questions. I will definitely go back to them for future work.

Recently had to get my vehicle repaired and used this location for the first time. Scheduling an appointment was easy with one phone call. I showed up early to the appointment and they happily took care of me ahead of my appointment time. I signed up for text message updates along the repair process which were great. Tony was my contact guy for the process and he called several times over the time that they had my vehicle to notify me of the progress being made as well. He promptly called me back as well twice when I called with additional questions. Lastly, the work they did on the front end of my vehicle was spotless and perfect. All in all, I am very satisfied with this experience, and although I hope I don't need their services again in the near future, I would definitely be a return customer to them.
