Overall it was a good experience as far as the installation goes. However, there were a couple of things that held a little weight in my mind, which was timing. My appointment was at 9am, didn't get my car until a little after 12noon, and had to call them🤔 I was told it would take bout 1.5hr. And yes, i was there on time.😉 Secondly, there was a panel on the inside of the car by the window that seemed to have come apart from the installation, im assuming because it wasn't like that when i brought the car in. Really didnt notice it til i got home. But overall, it was a pretty good experience. Hadn't had any issues with the window since the installment. Thanks Shaw!

My experience with Shaw's Auto Glass was wonderful. I called and was able to get an appointment the very next morning. It was explained to me in detail the procedure that would be taken to repair or replace my window. That is exactly what was done, no hidden fees or made up charges. In this trying time it is hard to find someone to trust and I believe you can trust them. I left there assured that the job had been done correctly and I am confident the company does the very best for everyone that walks thru their door. My driver window had been broken for some time now, and I really needed it fixed to start my new job. Not only was it fixed, but these wonderful men put in on a new mirror part last minute and cleaned the nasty build up the came from inside my door. Alsoooo, I came back the next business day, and I was treated with the same care and kindness from before. Darius in the lobby is so down-to-earth and professional, too. I can tell why this business runs on referrals! Me and my aunt walked out the first day already referring the company to family. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! 👏🏾🙌🏾

My vehicle was recently involved in a slew of car burglaries in the metro-Memphis area. Making matters worse, I was in the hospital battling a life-threatening condition as the burglary occurred. After being notified that my vehicle had been broken into, I was reminded of a friend that had glass replaced by Shaw's and how well the experience went over. I placed a call to Shaw's, got a quote, was offered same-day service, and that service was delivered as promised. They even took the time to vacuum out some of the glass from the vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Immediately after they fixed my window I told them I heard air coming in my car, they said it would stop after 24 hours when I take the tape off. Once I got home I noticed they had broke the rubber at the bottom of the front windshield & didn’t replace a piece that goes on the edge of the windshield, when I went back to tell them they said it was dry rotted and the piece was already missing. I went there with just a crack in my windshield and left with a terrible, terrible looking repair. I would never recommend them.

I've went to Shaw's Auto Glass to replace a crack windshield , the price was resonable, but the service wasn't professional the windshield molder started to chip away, the black strip on the outside of my windshield supposed to be rubber , but it was hard plastic I could take my hand and lift up the molder strip, it's been said you get what to pay for, I've been told that the service wasn't excellent but I found out myself, This too will pass, righteousness will always stands and exalts

My Jeep driver side passenger window was broken out and one of my staff members told me about Shaw's Auto Glass Company. My windshield started to crack at the top edge of the window, without anything pinging it! Replaced it while I was visiting Memphis and regret it. I was trying to support a black business but it didn't pay off. I replaced the windshield before it started to spread in Atlanta and paid significantly less. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to my worst enemy.

3 stars because all the glass was not cleaned out and for $318… sheesh hun. Here I am putting my infant in the car and there was glass in the seatbelt slot as I pulled it out and still on the seat. Service timing was convenient and I appreciate that but I’ve been heading rattling since and I’m sure it’s likely glass

I was very fortunate that I did not have to wait over a week to get my auto glass (front driver window) due to the local shortage as a result of situations beyond their control. I called and got an appointment the same day! Very professional and courteous. Highly recommended!
