Like most people, the last thing I ever want to see creep across my windshield is a crack. Low and behold, we see just that Thursday morning when we crank up our car. We were devastated, my windshield was cracked from one side to the other. I reached out to the one and only, @Lomax Auto Glass, to replace our windshield. I texted him the year, make, model, and VIN # of our vehicle at 7:50 am and received my quote within the hour. He was able to fit me right in for later that afternoon. I was referred to Mr. Lomax by word of mouth and he definitely delivered. Mr. Lomax did an amazing job with my windshield repair! Scheduling was easy and the customer service was top tier (similar to that of Chic-Fil-A quality service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️). He explained the entire process and the aftercare of having my repair done. He was very pleasant, positive, and had a friendly and amazing demeanor. Answered all my questions and his response time when booking was great. My car was broken into on a Friday night. I found Tim through Google and called him around 730 early Saturday morning. He immediately texted me back. He asked about the make and model of my car, asked for pics of the window, quoted a price, and scheduled an appointment for 1130 that same morning. He replaced my window, vacuumed my car, and finished in 45 minutes! He is affordable, professional, friendly, and has great positive energy. There’s no need to call anyone else but Tim. Terrell from Lomax was amazing! I came from TX to TN to pick up my car from an ex boyfriend and to my surprise my front car window was busted. I contacted 10 different places before I contacted Lomax on 8am ON A SATURDAY! They immediately responded with the BEST price in the area. I advised them I needed it done same day before 12 and he not only scheduled me, but arrived before 10am and finished before 1030am! He also cleaned the glass, and vacuumed my ENTIRE car! Book them not now, but RIGHT NOW!

A rock hit my windshield and a friend of mine told me about him. 10/10 would recommend !! I did call around to see what their prices were and he was the most reasonable/ affordable. He was very nice and professional. His waiting area was clean and it smelled good. He gave me the remote to the tv, told me where the restrooms were and got the business. He also gave me a discount on cleaning my headlights since I was getting my windshield replaced. My red baby look brand new! I love it.

He was very sweet and professional. I had text him last night and accepted my appointment the next morning for my driver side window replacement. Appointment was at 10. I arrived very early he was already there so he got me in and out. Started a movie in the waiting area and was no where near half way through it by the time he finished lol. Im from Ms and very skeptical about booking people because of the Scamming but i wanna get charge a arm and a leg so i put my trust in Mr Lomax himself . 10/10 i DO recommended, This black owned entrepreneur were very professional, patience, and quickly. I was done in Under 35 mins , price was very reasonable he charge me half of what people was charging me for a frontshield window. So booking would be just the right thing to do .
