Horrible Customer Service. Initially called to get glass done and Mr. Jones treated me as if I was bothering him and he didn’t want the business. I proceed to do business with him. He tells me he is ordering a glass for me and it will be in within 1 or 2 days. I agree. I call him at 1 day to confirm. He again treats me as if I’m bothering him. He tells me product not in yet and tells me it will be the next morning. I call him the next morning and he would not even answer. I still have yet to receive a response from him. In my opinion if you didn’t want to do the services a simple “I don’t want to” would have been much more respectable but to waste my time and not even have the respect to respond to me is unacceptable. Hopefully he can read this and hire an assistant to provide a better experience for his customers and allow him to do his part.

**Extremely Poor Windshield Replacement Service** ZERO0️⃣ STARS0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ I recently had my front windshield replaced by Mr. Jones himself from [Jones Glass & Imstallation], and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Mr. Jones failed to properly install the windshield, neglecting to glue it correctly from the driver side to the passenger side. As a result, I could hear and feel a significant amount of air coming through the windshield while driving, which was both distracting and concerning for my safety. I made numerous attempts to reach Mr. Jones to address this issue, leaving several messages over a span of days. When he finally decided to return my call, his response was shockingly unprofessional—he was aggressive and used foul language. Furthermore, I left additional messages during business hours on Monday, June 10, 2024, and Wednesday, June 12, 2024, but received no response whatsoever. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable. The poor quality of the windshield installation and the abysmal customer service reflect a terrible business practice. I strongly advise against using for any services, as they clearly lack both the technical expertise and the basic professionalism required to serve their customers adequately.

Windsheild wasn't replaced properly and caused leaks in a my new vehicle. Owner was very slow to respond when I tried to have the issue fixed and I felt like the only reason the issue was corrected was because the dealership that I bought the car from paid for the replacement and Jones didn't wanna lose their business. Very disappointed with the customer service and quality of work. I would recommend finding a company that insures their work before doing business with this company.

Jones told me he was coming in between 10 and 11 to fix my windshield. He didn’t call or show up. I finally got in touch with him and he said he would come at 5:30. He didn’t come at 5:30 either. He was referred to me by someone. I definitely wouldn’t recommend doing any business with him. Very inconsiderate of others time.

I made a appointment with this company to have a window replaced they didn't follow up never return my calls and three days later im still waiting. I wouldn't recommend this company.
