While waiting for the repair to be completed, we were able to enjoy our lunch in the immaculate waiting room, which reflected the high standards of cleanliness and organization that are evident throughout the entire shop. I was particularly impressed by the washroom facilities, which were equally impeccable. The staff at Hernandez Auto Glass are true professionals who excel in their craft. Not only was the service top-notch, but the prices were also unbeatable. As someone hailing from Chicago, I can confidently say that if anyone asks me for a recommendation on auto glass repairs, I will wholeheartedly point them in the direction of Hernandez Auto Glass in Memphis. I couldn’t wait to leave this review. It is currently 10:35 AM. I called this establishment at 9:10am To get a quote and availability. I am currently on my way back home with my brand new window. Aside from the amazing customer service on the phone and in person, They provide a welcoming, Well decorated, fun Waiting room while your vehicle is being serviced. Don’t think twice about coming here. I’ve literally recommended them to every group chat I’m in lol. Bless them and their business!!!

Hernandez did an awesome job with my car today !! 9/5/23 ! He was very professional and it didn’t take long at all . I call and asked for a quote and he texted me back with a reasonable price and got me in no time it wasn’t a long wait at all !! I highly recommend going to him if you need a window replacement!!! I will be back if needed !!

Visiting Memphis from Georgia, and found out at 8:30 this (Saturday)morning my truck passenger window had been busted out last night. I called Hernandez Auto, they said come right out, and by 11:30, William has taken care of everything and got me back on the road. Great place!
