Will not be taking recommendations from my insurance again in the future. 4 months later my car is still not fully repaired. The first time I picked it up, one of the repaired parts fell off my car before I even made it home. Last attempt to get it fixed was unsuccessful because the communication between front office and mechanics/repairmen is apparently nonexistent… I waited an hour for nothing but fog lights to be put on my car. Some of my issues were not in the hands of Caliber, nor my contact Jessica, so I don’t blame them for that. (Broken parts during shipping and difficulties returning said parts) She is nice but I am ultimately disappointed by the entire experience. The communication was lackluster, my bumper is not tight as it should be, and I’m still lacking a fender liner after 4 months from the accident. I won’t be returning and would rather buy a liner myself, tighten the bumper myself, and remove the undershield that was disconnected once the replaced liner fell off my car when I left the parking lot myself, even if it costs me another $500. Obviously there are many positive reviews here and I’m glad others didn’t have these issues - I wish I could be one of them!

I recently had my vehicle in for repairs at Caliber Collision, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The main issue was the paint job, which was the primary reason my car was in the shop. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I immediately noticed several visible imperfections in the paintwork. It was clear that the job wasn't done properly, and it was frustrating to see that no one seemed concerned about fixing the issues. To make matters worse, my vehicle was kept for an additional three days, and I felt that the extra time was not well-spent addressing the quality of the paint job. It's disappointing that a shop specializing in body work and painting couldn't get it right the first time, and it left me questioning the attention to detail and overall quality of their work. Given that my car was in the shop mainly for painting, I expected a much higher standard of work and a more professional approach to resolving these issues. I hope that Caliber Collision takes this feedback seriously and improves their service moving forward.

I used Caliber Collision because years ago they did a good job on one of my cars. That was years and things have definitely went down hill. I have taken my car back to them 6 times for repairs of things after an accident. Initially they had it for a few days shy of 2 months. It came back with peeling paint, pieces not well fitted and making a sound under the front end that sounds like something is loose. Took it back over and over and 3 months later the car is still making the sound they claim to have repaired. I now have to take it to the dealership to diagnose and let me know if repairs were actually made. I do not trust this company. They were already paid out by insurance but my car is not back to how it was before the accident. So much for “getting you back to the rhythm of life”. What they have actually done is inconvenience me time and time again. I wish I had chose another shop. NEVER AGAIN!!

Awful service. I forgot why I stopped using them and this last hit and run forgot the name so just said okay. They’ve had my truck almost and will have had it three months now. Terrible awful insurance I’d rather hang myself than do that again. Edit: Now a year since they took my truck and had it in ten days ago to “fix” what they didn’t to begin with. Didn’t even do that. Fixed the bumper where a dog had bitten it then didn’t even fix the check engine light or oxygen debris despite having had it for five days. Then lied to my face about the lights being off as well as repairs. Jay the GM is the biggest snake in the world as is all their employees especially Jessica (an adjuster) and Breanne (the receptions they have help carry out their deceitful actions). They hope I’ll be quiet but I’m not. Going for legal action now.

Recently had to get my vehicle repaired and used this location for the first time. Scheduling an appointment was easy with one phone call. I showed up early to the appointment and they happily took care of me ahead of my appointment time. I signed up for text message updates along the repair process which were great. Tony was my contact guy for the process and he called several times over the time that they had my vehicle to notify me of the progress being made as well. He promptly called me back as well twice when I called with additional questions. Lastly, the work they did on the front end of my vehicle was spotless and perfect. All in all, I am very satisfied with this experience, and although I hope I don't need their services again in the near future, I would definitely be a return customer to them.

If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CAR TO CALIBER COLLISION! I was supposed to get my car back on Feb 27th. I did not get my car back until the middle of APRIL. Not only did they take MONTHS to fix my car, but they returned the car dirtier than when it was taken in and with someone else’s trash all over the floors. It looks like someone was using my car for the two months that they had it. It’s disgusting and now I have to clean up after the people that were supposed to fix my car. They also told me that they killed my battery because they had the car sitting for 2 months. Edit: I reached out to the email with no response. Also tried to roll down my window and found out it was broken by/not fixed by caliber.

I had a great experience with this shop on Mt Moriah, the parts were ordered surprisingly quickly, the people I worked with communicated well, they worked with my insurance and fixed any issue I had, when potential complaints came up they dealt with it by giving me great advice and solving the problem. Potential embarrassing situation was mediated by employee snd management both while on site and the invoice was crystal clear and car was CLEAN as well as no missing items and was finished ahead of schedule. Thank you guys in earnest, from the desks to the mechanics to management you were all great and deserve all the best for all your hard work and patience. Thank you!

I had small accident they took two months. They bring marketplace parts not original for Germany car. And when went to picked up I found the front shield broken they replaced by marketplace not Orginal. Next time I found the part around the wheel broken. And finally I picked up but after 24 hours I found oil leak too much. I called the insurance company they told me return the shop. But the shop made test and tell me not from accident. The agent feeling boring and send me message by capital letters and told me all customers returned to them and tell them we have issues not related to accidents But front shield and part were broken in the shop related to accident

I was involved in a car crash and Mrs. Patricia helped me tremendously! She constantly kept me updated on my car, she was reliable, and she answered every question I had (there were many questions I asked). Thank you to Caliber Collision, especially Mrs. Patricia!! She's awesome! She remained positive and professional while working diligently to ensure I was taken care of. She truly went over and beyond and I am so thankful and grateful for her. She's also funny! I got some good laughs, and I needed those laughs to get me through this stressful time. So thank you so much!! I will always remember Mrs. Patricia from Caliber Collision on Mt. Moriah!

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision. As soon as they received the insurance information, they contacted me right away to schedule the appointment and explain the process. Marvin was extremely helpful—always checking in and keeping me updated throughout the repair. I really appreciated that they handled all the communication with the insurance company and the rental car agency. I was even able to return the rental car directly at Caliber when I picked up my vehicle, which made everything so convenient. The entire process was smooth and professional. Highly recommend!
