MY BRAND NEW '23 vehicle was driven 577 miles while in Caliber Collision's possession for under a month for a bumper replacement. Almost more miles than I put on the vehicle since it came in. It was waiting on parts for 2 weeks. And should have been sitting still. AND should have been ready before Thanksgiving. Im sure someone was enjoying for the Holidays. I should have tracked through Valet mode. I am very upset . This is very unprofessional and was trying to be hidden by not putting the correct Mileage IN number on paperwork. I hate I changed insurance companies. ALLSTATE WOULD NEVER!!

Took car to get repair for hit and run for front bumper. After driving for a few days noticed the front bumper was not properly secured. Call and the manager Tyler asked if I can bring it back. Took it back Friday and when it was brought back it was making a loud rattling noise and I also noticed bumper still not properly secured and I had a big wet spot in driveway. Tried to called him back but he was not trying to talk to me. Unprofessional management.ServicesBody & Trim

I had a pretty bad experience here. My insurance company, Geico, sent me here to drop my car off and had a rental waiting there for me. The claim I filed was preauthorized over the phone and I explained my issue very clearly to them. Thus the appointment to drop my car and get the work done. However when I arrived at Caliber Collision, that's when things began to go wrong. The manager lady who I had to wait on for about 30 minutes (making me late to work) took me outside to my car and immediately declared my claim would not be covered based off of her hearing what I was there for. She never did anything more than see that I didn't have external, physical damage to the car and made the decision my claim wouldn't be covered in a split second.....so why then would Geico send me there with preauthorization of my claim to the point I had a rental provided even....I do not feel like this lady did her job nor did she want to. Geico needs to find other service centers and I don't recommend this place purely from the bad attitude and horrible customer service I received there. I forgot to mention that when I arrived and entered the building there was no one in site. When I looked around a corner there were people sitting talking who just looked up and told me someone would see me when they could. No one even attempted to get up. No one came up front where I sat waiting for 20 minutes and then never a single word as to why I was made to wait like that. The place was honestly very unprofessional and the manager very smug. Two thumbs down

Caliber did a great job repairing my vehicle. My truck took a hit from the back while parked and sustained damage on the bumper and scratches on the rear door. They were excellent with communication about the whole process. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 was once I receive my truck back, I noticed that one of my tag lights that worked before wasn't no longer working. Now it was mid day when I picked my truck up so we didn't notice it, but I noticed it later. I felt like it would be petty to call back in for a tag light bulb but they did excellent on everything else but I mean this from the bottom of my heart: Both of my tag lights was working y'all before I dropped it off y'all! If y'all seen my car y'all would know I'm not lying, I got aftermarket headlights and Taillights so you know I'm paying attention to the tag lights. I was thinking bout upgrading them too. I was gone put some LED bulbs back there. The factory ones (worked) until lil Caliber nem got hold to em. Now I'm riding around taking chances cause the police can't half see my tag! 4 outta 5 y'all!!!!! Can't give y'all the 5

Just got my vehicle back after 5 months and I am NOT pleased with the quality of work. Absolutely NO care was given to my interior during the process. Glue was left all on my seats and floor mats. The section that was painted has a run spot that looks like it came from overspray. A piece of the carpet retainer was misplaced but luckily I was able to obtain one on my own to replace. Light scratches on the hood that wasn't there when I dropped the vehicle off was present like they sat items on top of it. My driver door where they did quarter panel work at doesn't line up flush with the rest of the vehicle. There's a visible gap when the door is fully closed. $9,300 worth of repairs that was sloppy done. WILL NOT RECOMMEND to anyone who has a decent vehicle to go here.ServicesBody & Trim, Painting

My vehicle was involved in an accident in September. I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision. I told them to please assess the damages and order all parts because I was going to have to pay for the rental out of pocket. Once all parts were in I would bring my vehicle in. My vehicle was as drivable and didn’t make any sense to have on the lot just waiting for parts. I waited for almost 7weeks for parts. The day I dropped my vehicle off they me we have all your parts and it should only take a couple of days. I got a rental for two weeks. That couple of days turn into 4 weeks. They as they taking my vehicle apart they saw more damage and have to order more parts.I think they did a poor job of assessing the damage at first, which cost me an additional $850 in rental car fees.

Took over a month to fix broken struts on my car. My completion date kept getting pushed back. Sometimes I wouldn't even get updates on the status of my car. Then, when a completion date came up, I would have to call them, just for them to tell me that they can't figure out the alignment of my car so they have to get in touch with my insurance. Did another inspection, and both struts needed to be fixed. I don't know how they missed that the first time. My insurance stopped paying for my rental after a while, so I was out of over $1,800 waiting for them to finish repairs on my car. The office manager who handled the process of me picking up my car was very professional and sweet. She was the only positive experience I had.

Very disappointed with the customer service. The repair manager who was assigned to me left the company in the middle of my repair, and I was never notified until I called and asked for a status update. The company then informed me they had reassigned me to a new employee. When I spoke to her, she admitted she was just getting to work on it that day, which means there was a week long lapse where my car just sat there with no one working on it. I requested twice to speak to a manager; that never happened. Overall, this took far longer than it should have and really poor communication. And I still have to go into have another decal put on because the wrong decal was ordered. Rough experience. Do not recommend.

On our way to Memphis, a pebble kicked up by a semi struck our windshield and cracked it. We were going to be in Memphis less than 24 hours but needed it fixed before we went back to Illinois. The people at Abra made an appointment for the next morning and came to us so we didn't have to try to find them. Our grandson is being treated at St Jude's so we really wanted to be with him. The technician came to the parking lot by St Jude's and replaced our windshield right there. In a little over an hour he was done and we were able to leave shortly thereafter. Despite the 95 degree weather, he was friendly, on time and answered all my questions. I will definitely go back to them for future work.

I was supposed to be called back about scheduling my repairs. I waited two business days with no call. I called this morning at the beginning of business days. The young lady from the call center cold transfered me to the actual location which is whom I actually called in thee first place. I had to repeat the same info again that I had to earlier repeat. This is the same info I had previously repeated from another Caliber location out of state. The lady at the shop said she had a couple people in front of her and would call me back. She reassured me that she would. It is now 1pm and still no call. Beyond exhausting and unprofessional.
