Caliber Auto Glass

Within a few hours of calling my insurance to have my chipped window fixed Caliber called to schedule an appointment. My insurance said a vendor would call in about 48 hours so that was already a good look! Once on the phone, the care agent was VERY nice & was able to get me booked the NEXT DAY! Caliber was able to come to my home (not typical as most places charge extra to do a service where I live). The phone agent did say they would be here between 8am -5 pm, so that was a bummer as I had a few appointments in the late afternoon. The day of service, I received a call around 830 am from the on site fixer person & he said he would be at my location in less than 30 minutes! Yup! He was polite, professional, explained the process - warnings, warranties, what to do next, etc. It took less than 15 minutes for him to repair the nice rock crack in my windshield & off he went! Great expedited service from phone call to repair. I have used them over q0 years ago for a vehicle repair & will continue to use them for my new vehicle services. Highly recommend!!!

My experience was middle of the road as the beginning was great, the middle was good and the end was okay. So scheduling was great. Customer service was lovely however the error made in scheduling resulted in the downfall of the experience. My contact number was entered incorrectly thus missing my inital appointment time. However I was able to get someone for repair within the hour of my contacting customer service. My technician was super nice but ran into an issue I am still confused about its orgin. So the initial 30-35 minute appointment turned into an hour or so and that was frustrating! Window was repaired and customer service was great. I would absosutely refer a friend and use Caliber again. The technician was forthcoming and friendly. He took the time to explain the issues of concern and affixed my window to address the concern. He offered his contact information to follow up if I experienced any issues.

I've used Caliber for years, always great service and after having my windshield smashed on the interstate I was pleasantly surprised to find out they would now come to me to replace it. It has been a few years since I've needed windshield repairs and always had to leave my vehicle. Will was super friendly and fast. He even vacuumed the interior of my car before he left to clean up any stray glass. I lowered my review by 2 stars because I just noticed the huge, deep gash in my hood. Pretty sure it is from when Will (he was still a good guy) went to loft and remove the glass on the side that was busted. I could see him from my bedroom window, when he lifted it out it completely collapsed and snapped in half falling onto the hood of my vehicle. After being able to go to the car wash I saw the huge gash and a smaller one that was left.

Gwen and Justin knocked it out of the park. Being some one with customer service experience, I was impressed with Gwen who showed a friendly, professional and accommodating service approach. She kept me updated through the whole process and was quick to answer any of my concerns.. Justin was my tech and he was on time, professional and knew what he was doing. He had my truck windshield replaced quickly and it looks just like it did when I bought the truck. We will have to see how it holds to rain/moisture, but I have no doubts he did a perfect job on that front. It’s very rare to get this level of service and I’m glad I found them, it will make any future issues less stressful.

Excellent customer service. I really like how they were able to work with me. The nice lady I talked to over the phone told me that they could fix my window tomorrow and I told her I wouldn’t be available and she wasted no time trying to make room for me today. That was the highlight of my entire day. They called and let me know when they were on the way and it literally took him 20mins to fix my window and it looked perfect. I called 3 other places who were going to charge me up to $310 but this was definitely the best route to go. Thanks again y’all I really do appreciate it and I’ll be using your services going forward.

We had a huge rock leave the bed of a truck in what seemed like slow motion and ruin the windshield of our Palisade. We were able to leave our car and have it replaced at Caliber Auto Glass. The experience was great. Ample reminders and communication with the technician made it great and without wonder. The technician called as he was getting started with a time frame and over delivered. The car was clean with no glue or debris. Caliber also has the ability to calibrate the camera that was on the windshield. This is something not all Glass companies can do. I would highly recommend!

Lawnmower threw a rock shattering my factory tinted sliding glass van door window. (Memphis area). I called a couple of auto glass companies. One offered me a clear glass replacement but they would add a tinted “film”, or another option was a salvage factory tinted glass but that it might not fit perfectly, and I had to bring the car in. Can you imagine? I called Caliber. Justin came to my house the next morning with a factory tinted glass, matching the other glass, installed it, and did a GREAT job. So glad I called Caliber.

After researching different companies, I decided on Caliber glass and I’m so glad I did. I spoke with George who was able to get me a next day appointment. He was very helpful and informative. When the technician, Nick arrived he was very friendly & upbeat and immediately put me at ease. He started and finished the job quickly. Although he didn’t feel there would be any issues, he informed me of the warranty should I have any issues in the future.. I would definitely use caliber glass in the future if I had another glass issue.

Caliber Glass is a great Company my window was broken out and they sent Matt to my residence and he did a phenomenal job. He was very professional and courteous. Received top notch service from Caliber for our windshield replacements. I just called and they took care of every aspect of the service. They contacted insurance, set up an appointment on the day I needed it, the technician was professional, thorough and his work was high quality. Definitely will use them again. It couldn’t have gone more smoothly or painlessly.
