Auto Glass Now

My company has worked with Auto Glass Now at multiple locations and always had a good experience. However, the location on Lamar Ave in Memphis, TN is far from the level of service we’ve received at their other branches. We had an appointment scheduled for 9 AM, and our driver arrived even earlier. It turned out that both the gasket and windshield on our Cascadia needed to be replaced. The driver updated me, stating that the gasket would need to be sourced from a dealership—this is what he was told by the staff. I tried calling the location several times using the number listed on Google, but I kept reaching the central office, which couldn’t connect me directly to the shop. Instead, they said someone would call me back. Eventually, I managed to get through, and they said they were waiting to hear from the dealership about the gasket's availability. When I asked which dealership they contacted, they mentioned one in Memphis. I then called the dealership myself and was informed that they had two gaskets in stock. I tried calling the Auto Glass shop again, but once more, I was routed to the central office, which promised to send them a message to call me back. Finally, I asked our driver to hand the phone to someone at the shop who could assist. The manager then answered. When I asked for an update on what we were waiting for, she mentioned the gasket. When I informed her that the dealership confirmed they had two in stock, she then revealed that their "master tech" wasn’t available and, due to the storm forecasted for that day, the replacement likely couldn’t happen until Monday. I then asked why this information wasn’t communicated earlier, as it was already past noon—three hours after our scheduled appointment. She responded by raising her voice, saying she knew who I had already spoken to and that my calls were preventing her from reaching me. She also claimed she had to manage the entire business at that location and take care of her staff, so she couldn’t focus on just one situation. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this location, solely because of the manager's attitude.

My car was one of 47 broken Into Feb 23 at Home Depot warehouse in Memphis. I took my car and another here and got 3windows replaced. They said it would be 2 hrs I'm like OMG what I'm go do for 2 hrs sitting in the waiting area. Long story short I was in and out in about 45mins to and 1hr. Fast service being I called the same day and got it done the same day. They prefer a day in advance call to make sure your glass available and there when u bring your vehicle. They did a great job. I only wish there was a vending machine or 2. Maybe courtesy water and coffee. I took my car there and i was charged 165 to put in a windshield they did it in less than an hour and i knew something was wrong with that. It looked good. 7 days later rain came through the windshield thanks to their tacky mounting job and destroyed my headliner,console,dashboard,carpet,seats, basically whole interior. I was given the runaround about fixing it. I went to another location and basically was told what happened was what i just said so now its a waiting game to see if it happens again. Corporate still havent contacted me or tried to resolve my water damage issue yet, its been almost 3 wks. I guess they think this is fine. So PLEASE use them at your own risk. I want ever again.

I'm not understanding how these awesome ladies and gentlemen are getting any negative reviews. I called them Friday 3 minutes before they closed, they promptly answered the phone with no attitude and quickly got my glass and set me up for an appointment today (Saturday) they are first come first serve so I arrived 30 minutes before they opened. They started working on my window a little after 8am about an hour later I was back on the road. Their prices are very reasonable, their work is outstanding. I'm sold! If, God forbid, I need auto glass work done no ifs ands or buts, I'm going straight to Auto Glass Now. Well done ladies and gentlemen!!!

I had my windshield replaced on my 2025 Freightliner Cascadia by the crew at the Lamar Ave location. My husband had called glass places from Wyoming to Memphis. These were the only guys who could get me in within my time frame. They had the glass in stock (OEM to boot)! The price was far better than any other shop and the service was fast and efficient. The technician was so apologetic that it took him longer than he expected due to the cold. We were fine with that and understood. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. I would definitely recommend this shop to all of my other truck driving friends.

The folks at Auto Glass Now/Jack Morris were awesome and were able to replace my windows in less than 24 hours since sandals smashed them. They would’ve gotten five stars but the technician at Auto Glass Now/Jack Morris broke the toggle switch to my rear window and I’m still waiting for them to call me regarding its status The Toggle switch was replaced today ; The fix was was quick and simple Which left me as a happy customer. Felicia was a joy to work with and the technician explained everything to me. Very good customer service thank you

Scheduled my appointment a week out , and rescheduled it an extra day out for them to not have my glass. Was instructed to come that following day, to still be reported that they still did not have my glass, like that is the sole reason of me scheduling a week out. That was in order for them to have it shipped and ready when I make it to my appointment. Also, I don’t have a small crack, my windshield is damaged and this was something I needed. For them to waste a week and drop the ball on 2 of my work days, was a straight up inconvenience.

I highly recommend Auto Glass Now for any glass repair needs! My visit was very seamless - once checked in, the staff told me exactly what they’d be doing to the car, kept me updated as they worked, and even allowed me to use the wifi as I could not take time from work. Everyone was kind, professional, and offered me a great rate for the new glass. I’ve had to replace my windshield a couple of times now, but this was by far the easiest & best experience. I took my 2021 Jeep Wrangler to them on November 1st to get the front drivers side window replaced and now the door has a rattle because they damaged some of the door panel clips and they left the interior mold screws off the bottom. So if they would treat my $44k Jeep with a simple door design like this, how do you think they would treat your vehicle? I called Auto Glass now to check the price for a front windshield. They were the cheapest around. I made an appointment for the next day, I got there 5 mins before my appointment time and 30 minutes later they were done. Its been a few weeks now and no complaints. Fast service, the best prices, and lifetime guarantee. Felicia the customer service representative was helpful and did her job with a good attitude and a smile, very sweet lady. I will definitely be back of needed.
