Pricing was the best I found in Memphis. Availability and location were good. Only complaint I have is that only one person was taking payment despite multiple employees present when I went to pick up my vehicle. I had to wait 10-15 minutes for said person to come back from an “errand”. Not the end of the world but was frustrating as all I wanted to do was pay for my service and be on my way. With that being said, I will still go back.

The car wasn’t ready when promised. I called and was told it was ready by someone at another location. When I arrived it was not ready and had to return in an hour. Still not ready, but closer. The personnel were nice and friendly. This was not the best showing of what they are capable of. My last experience there was pretty good. This one wasn’t. I was offered free “ding” repair for the lapse in customer service. Seemed lame. They need more and better staff. They recently let go an employee who was under performing. My main complaint is that I was told by someone off campus that my car was ready. This should never have happened. I manage a retail pharmacy. I do not tolerate someone telling a customer their RX is ready when it is not.

They are the ABSOLUTE BEST at this location. Trust me don’t waste your time even calling anywhere else in Memphis. I needed a rear windshield for my BMW X3 and I called all over Memphis and even priced online everywhere. I was quoted $278-$490 and I called Marilyn (Office Manager) and she was so polite & helpful in a very stressful situation for me. She quoted me $145!!!! Not only did she go over every detail but gave me EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Shout out to the District manager Katrina that was there today as well! They have your glass delivered EVERY HOUR so that helps tremendously...The installation was top notch and they took excellent care of my baby!!! See my before & after pictures below

The sunroof of my car was broken by thieves. I brought it in to get replaced. Their techs said it was too hard for them so they recommended another person who had worked there previously. He replaced the glass but to our dismay there were two very noticeable dents in the frame of the car right where the glass was replaced. He denied causing the dents, but the video we had taken of the damage a few days earlier for the police and insurance showed no such dents. Basically, nobody would own up to the damage. I would recommend going to a different business that could properly install glass without causing more damage to a car.

I was very disappointed with the customer service. I made an appointment for Saturday. They sent me the text message confirmation with the time and location. I showed up at 8 o’clock in the morning. The lady at the front desk informed me that I was not on the schedule and that the manager had been off for a week so that they could not replace my window. It was just a total waste of time. And when I called customer service, they were totally clueless and didn’t offer any solutions or help solving the situation.

My family and I have used Auto Glass Now on Summer Ave. several times. They always get us in quick, have the best prices and we’ve never had a problem with the work. And the best part are the two ladies in the office. I’ve been there first thing in the morning when I was the only customer and I’ve been there in the afternoon when the phone is ringing and they have several customers. They are always so nice and personable, and make you feel like you’re the only customer they have. Will definitely use again!

I had an appointment at another location for the following day. However, I had something to come up and needed to get in the day before. The location where I had the appointment was very accommodating to my having changed appointments multiple times. However, they had no techs available for my last minute adjustment. This location not only got me in at a late notice, but got me out just as timely with a job well done… Thank you for service with a smile.

My truck was broken into at home! My Insurance recommend satellite but the price was over $400 just for a passenger window and the date was over 2 weeks away. I called auto glass for a quote! They were cheaper and had an available 2 days later. The workers were nice and professional. You pay after the services are done and it takes a few hours due to how busy they can get! I would definitely recommend Auto Glass Now on summer ❤️

Best price of the 3 places I contacted for an estimate. They got back to me right away with a live person!! Marilyn behind the front desk was so pleasant, friendly and professional. She offered me bottled water, with a napkin! The front office area needs some clean up, fix up, and my windshield replacement took longer than expected, but very pleased with the with the experience. Marilyn is a gem!
