I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! First things first. So a tree limb decided to attack my car. I am new to the city so I picked this place because it was close to me and my place of employment (hindsight I should have went to junk yard for better service). Anyway, they replaced the glass, two days later it rained and I noticed STANDING WATER IN MY FLOORBOARD! I immediately called and took my car back explaining what was going on. They tried telling me it was everything else but what it was! Either way another week later they replaced the glass again, the leaking into my car got worse. I called and complained again. Same thing! I ended up having to see a mechanic, he immediately let me know that “THEY PULLED OUT THE LOWER SEAL AND NEVER REPLACED IT”! The water has gotten into every electrical wire under my dash. It cause so much damage that my car stopped! This was my only transportation, in a new city and under a new contract with the hospital where I’m employed. I was extremely irritated. I showed them the info and made a few calls to corporate with no return calls at all. Long story a bit shorter, I lost a whole car and had to buy a new one on my own, with no compensation, due to their irresponsibility and negligence. Whoever their CEO or manager is, I see how your company works and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who owns transportation! P.S. You will see me in court due to the fact that I have a recording of one of your helpful employees. Thank you Mr employee! 3 weeks later: So still no response after my response to their post. I emailed the information sent to me, yet there has been no response to my email. I am angered with it at this point. The water that ran down into my car completely damaged the computer in my car and all of the wiring. So now my car is no longer running. I expressed this to them, yet and still they have not communicated or asked me what they can do to fix the problem they caused. They tried saying that it was another past of my car that let the water in. Luckily, my local volvo mechanic shut that lie down, And yes I have receipts, with their stamp and signature. So they lawyer will be taking over from here. I say all that to say....Do Not Do Business With These People!!!!! If you do please record, keep your receipts and record the interactions. Watch everything!

I heard the installers do a great job but I wouldn’t know bc the office staff was so rude I walked out. Was quoted online &after I got a text saying it was 30 off if I booked the appt so I did & mentioned that to the front desk when bringing my car in today and she told me she couldn’t give me the 30 off bc I was already getting a discount. I asked why was I sent a text saying that, she said their marketing is wrong and shouldn't had sent that. Okay, fine but I was just saying I got the text after the quote not before, then the office manager started yelling over me, with her child there, she said do you want it fixed or not. So I left, I called to complain and the people who answer the phone knew who i was talking about. I guess she talks to a lot of customers crazy. Lost a customer here. That being said the people on the phone were always courteous, I scheduled my initial appt with them and when I called today they were kind and apologetic, they aren’t at the Summer location, maybe they should come train the Summer office staff on how to be professional and treat customers.

Excellent Company!! I emailed them for a windshield replacement quote for our 2008 Charger. Amy quickly replied with a price and info. The next morning I brought it in to their shop and it was finished and ready to go in 45 minutes. Drove home with a new windshield in less than an hour. We have had several days of rain since, and no issues or leaks. The staff at Discount Auto Glass on Summer Ave. was VERY knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and professional. They had the best price also by 20%. Definitely recommend them for any auto glass repair or replacement!

I cannot say enough good things about Stephanie and her team. like many, my window was busted out and my vehicle was robbed. Stephanie got me in the same day and although my window was not perfect/complete (and had to be back in Nashville the next morning) Stephanie stuck with it to make sure that when i arrived back in Nashville the problem would be rectified, and IT WAS! this is how Managers/employees can make or break a business and Stephanie and her team definitely make this one!ServicesAuto side window replacement

I made a spoilt menu and then I had to unexpectedly reschedule. The great young women at the front were so accommodating. Then, when I overslept and was not there on time, again they were great. When the windshield from the warehouse arrived broken they sent a tech to pick one up. So, what could have been a stressful situation on a Friday worked out perfectly! I would highly recommend!!

I was referred to Discount Auto Glass by a coworker and I couldn’t be happier! Great place to get your windshield/glass replaced/repaired!! Staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. Someone broke into my car by shattering my window. Being in Arkansas, no glass company had the glass I needed. I called the Auto Glass Now on Summer Ave in Memphis and they had it. Got my appointment same day and was able to get back to Little Rock with a new window. The customer service was good and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I even saw them working on a 18 Wheeler.
