ASTRO GLASS Replaced a window regulator in my 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan Crew. They Broke the latch/connector that operates the outside door handle. I took it back for two re-connections. Was told after the second repair (still at no charge as was told under warranty) that a part would need be ordered if it comes apart again. Now it has indeed come apart again and they refuse to honor their what was initially "WARRANTY WORK" and completely refuse to properly repair it proving them as DISHONORABLE. Meanwhile I am stuck out in the rain having to open the rear door, step up into the van, open the driver door, get back out, shut the rear door, then get up in the van to drive.......UNPROFESSIONAL, PETTY, UNTRUSTWORTHY, UNCONCERNED, DOES NOT STAND BEHIND OR HONOR THEIR WORK OR THEIR OWN WORD. COULD NEVER RECOMMEND!

I had my front driver’s door window replaced on 9/29/2023, which my truck was broken into. But kind of disappointed with some of the broken pieces of glass remain inside of the door, which I hear it every time I close my door. I complained about it and they said that they couldn’t get all of it out. The guy said that he could take the new window out and I could take it somewhere else and have it installed! That wasn’t a good answer!! Price was right and they basically did a good job installing it, but I can’t get over some of the pieces of the broken glass still left inside of my door. I can’t recommend this place!!

I was referred to them as being local family business, which I try to support as much as possible. I called to get price quote and time to order the glass. Lady who answered the phone was very short and snippy. She told me she'd check availability and call me back, week later, no reply so I called back. Got another rude woman on the phone, who gave me the same spill, I have your info I'll call you back. Here it is 3 days later, no reply etc. I try to support local businesses, but people like this make it impossible to deal with. Highly recommend taking business elsewhere. Customer service is no longer an option.

Service was terrible.. there literally left broken glass all over my child’s car seat. All over the back seat and the top area where the back window was. This was very unfortunate because I was looking forward to being a return customer but after that experience that definitely won’t be happening. They also failed to let me know there is tax included on top of your quoted price if you don’t pay in cash. Or Maybe that’s just something they do with black people I’m not sure. Now I have to worry about my child cutting herself on glass when I pick her up from daycare. I cut myself simply trying to clean it up.

Jesus did an excellent job on my 2007 Honda Accord. He was quite reasonable, probably lowest in the market on price. He arrived on time and finished his job within the stipulated time. He is honest, hardworking, and pro in his skills. I would highly recommend Jesus to my family and friends whoever needs windshield replacement on the car. God bless him and his solely owned one man show business.

Called at the last moment for help as a large bird shattered the window. The people was fantastic in responding to my needs, I'm in a Frieghtliner not a car or normal truck and they had what I needed. Installation was extremely fast and in the rain too. We had a vehicle towed in for one of our customers, and while we were there, one of their employees noticed a small chip in the windshield of our wrecker. Without hesitation, he fixed it for free! I checked with three other windshield replacement shops. None of them could even come close to the price that I was quoted here. They did an amazing job at a great price and I was in and out of there within an hour. I can't give them enough praise. While driving home yesterday(3/7/25)from work, a truck in front of me kicked up a large rock that cracked my windshield beyond repair so I immediately went to Astro glass repair and they gave me a quote and they was able to replace my windshield on today(3/8/25)they also saved me a lot of money thanks guys keep up the great work!

Went in to get a back glass put in my truck and they told me new glass with new rubber was 225, when they got done with my truck I looked and they used old rubber seal and still charged me the same price 225. I doubt very seriously I will go back to them and wouldn't recommend them either, that's just bad business to me.
