AAA Auto Glass Johnson City

I want to start by saying everyone was extremely helpful and competent. I am completely satisfied with their work and they had me in and out in an hour when they had estimated the job to take 2 hours. The only negative and to us it was a big one is that the moment you step in the door the odor of cigarette smoke will knock you down 😳 the waiting area is extremely nice with a restroom to use. Unfortunately we were only able to stay in there for about 30 minutes and then had headaches for the rest of the day. We chose to sit outside in 86 degrees temperatures surrounded by discarded liquor bottles from the adjacent Wine and Spirits store. Needless to say my van reeked of cigarettes afterwards and we had to leave the windows down. I do realize that people who smoke probably don’t realize the odor but if it bothers you then you might want to choose someplace else. Again I was completely satisfied with their work but in this day and time I felt like it was very unprofessional. We felt like we had stepped into a bowling alley in the 70’s

My husband and I both had cracked windshields and decided to try AAA Auto Glass in JC. They were phenomenal! I submitted a quote request through their website one evening. Montana had the quote emailed to me first thing the next morning. I called and had no issue setting up an appointment. I had to go to the shop because my car needed recalibration. They made this such a smooth process. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. For both repairs, they had the work done in a very reasonable time and it looks beautiful! I told them as wonderful as they are, I hope I personally don’t need to have any more repairs. lol. But that I will absolutely tell family and friends about them if they need auto glass repairs. Thank you!

Pleasant experience. Friendly staff, the gal gave me a quick quote and timeframe. They don’t charge extra for mobile windshield replacement like Safelite does. The tech communicated well for when they could show up, showed up on time, and worked swiftly (two man crew). Glass looks great and everything seems to be installed/working correctly. My windshield was $300 out of pocket here, vs $365 with Safelite. The only finishing touch that would’ve been nice was a little vacuum of the debris that had fallen. Bits of old rubber seal were throughout the front half of the vehicle. I could quickly brush it off my seats tho and take the hand vac to it, not a big deal.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Had a cracked windshield which needed replaced, called my insurance company who referred me to this company, called the company Monday and spoke with Montana. Montana was extremely professional and helped me setup an appointment for today, walked me through the process of including insurance, conferenced my insurance company, and told me when to drop it off. I dropped off the car at 9am. Went around town with my wife and daughter. The car was ready for pickup by 11am. Paid my deductible and got to my car. I wouldn't even know it wasn't the stock windshield that came with the car. Flawless work! I will recommend AAA Auto Glass every time I hear someone needing glass work on their vehicle!

I came here based on the reviews when I needed my driver side door glass replaced. It took a little over 2 weeks for the replacement glass to arrive, but they got me in quickly once it was there. The lady at the front desk was helpful and easy to work with. The glass is fine and the window rolls like it should, but they left scratches on my metal outer door shell and side view mirror, plus my speakers were left unplugged. Minor gripes to some maybe, but I don't appreciate having to make repairs myself due to the carelessness of the people I've paid for professional work. Great service here! Unfortunately I've had several encounters with rocks and am sitting at my fourth? visit here with windshield repair. We got hit this morning and I called AAA Glass service. Montana was so awesome and worked me in within the hour! As soon as I got there, Haley had my paperwork done in just a couple of minutes. And both those ladies were juggling phone calls left and right! Lonnie, the repair guru,took the time to show me the tiny marks that can't/ don't need to be repaired (I still had one that did break the glass) so that I wouldn't worry about them. Awesome guy. Will always come here!

I thought i had a leak in the windshield seal. I called to make an appointment.Tech came out 2 days later. He checked my windshield & then my sunroof. He said the water traps for my sunroof were clogged. I asked if he clean them. He said he couldn't but to call the office & ask if they could do it there. I called & said yes, they could & i could come right then. They cleaned out the tubes in less than 10 minutes. Thank you!!! Everyone was so nice. I have had them replace 2 windshields in the past. They have done an excellent job and them coming to me was just extra special.

Keith came to my place of business to replace my windshield. He called before he arrived, explained everything, showed me the windshield before installing it and explained the warranty. He was very professional and nice. Haley and Montana were also very professional and nice when I spoke to them making the appointment. Their follow-up was extremely good. Thank all of you for making this an excellent experience with your company. Based on my experience I would highly recommend AAA Auto Glass.

My insurance company recommended AAA Auto Glass in Johnson City and I was not disappointed. They initiated contact, scheduled me within a day, and were very understand and flexible when I had to reschedule. The appointment itself was super quick and I was in and out within an hour. They were easily able to switch out my windshield on my eyesight camera vehicle.

I have had 2 windshields installed by AAA auto glass, they were very professional and courteous! The technicians that installed the windshields did an awesome job! I will use them in the future if ever needed again ! If anyone needs a replacement windshield, give them a call call you won't be disappointed ! Thanks again for an awesome job!
