Jack Morris Auto Glass Company is the best hands down from the first call with Candy, who went out of her way to call my insurance company back and get the windshield ordered straight from the dealer, since there was a 10 day wait from whomever they order, from and my appointment was set up immediately after it came In. Then Kristin at the front desk was awesome from the moment I got there. And Michael took great care of my truck installing and recalibrating everything . Got there at 10 was out at 12 the wait was a little longer than expected but the quality of service was excellent …. This is my new glass company … unlike Safelite glass company thats all about putting as many windshields in and getting you out of there as fast as possible and not giving a crap about real customer service… Again thanks to all of the Jack Morris Glass staff .

Outstanding and professional experience from beginning to end. The scheduler called and put me on the schedule for the best day for me, told me how it was going to go on the day scheduled, and then made sure I had everything I needed. On the day of the install, Alex from JMAG, contacted me to let me know he was 15 minutes away. He arrived and had everything set up for my windshield replacement, explained how it was going to happen, and provided me a few details about a piece of molding on my windshield. In about 30 minutes, the new windshield is installed and looks great. Alex gave me some last minute instructions and was on his way. Total pro! Finally, I called the office to pay the deductible and that was a great and professional experience. This was as easy as it gets and the job was completed perfectly. I highly recommend Jack Morris!

We are from Canada.... while traveling through Louisville Kentucky we had a piece of debris hit our windshield . We tried in vain to find a place that could replace the windshield quickly as we are in the middle of a trip. It was a tricky situation finding the correct windshield but, with Candi's knowledge, we found a solution for replacement easily. The job was done within 24 hrs, took about an hour and a half, at our hotel. The price was right and "Candy", our service rep, made sure that we had the service we needed so that we could return to our trip without worry. Our tech, "Youssef", was polite, fast and efficient. Highly recommend these problem solvers.

Never had to replace a windshield before and it turned out to be a quick and painless evolution. If you need a new windshield I would recommend the folks at Jack Morris Auto Glass. I was going to try Safelight but it turns out they were $400 more expensive than Jack Morris. The technician that helped us was great! He was very prompt and called me the morning of the install to give me a 2 hr window when he would arrive at my home. He called again with an update and showed up right when promised. It took only 45 minutes to replace a windshield. It was a fascinating process to watch. Really appreciate the fast and efficient service from Jack Morris.

Went to Jack Morris auto glass this morning on a recommendation for my insurance agent. I have a new policy, new car and got a crack within less than a couple weeks of owning the vehicle. Chris at Jack Morris auto glass was super professional and helpful. He let me know that it was an exterior pain of glass that was cracked and there was no structural damage. It was simply cosmetic. He was honest, which is something that you don’t see very often nowadays. He has completely earn my business based on this interaction and anything that I need further I will definitely be going to Jack Morris auto glass simply based on honesty.

Incredibly great service! I put in the claim with my insurance for a windshield crack to end all cracks, and Jack Morris called me within 20 minutes to schedule my replacement. They were so patient with me when trying to make an appointment through my insane schedule, and were ready to do the service the next day. It was raining the day of, and they were super quick with the offer of havung me come to the shop, instead of forcing me to reschedule for a different day. This was honestly the easiest, quickest turn around for anything I've ever had to do for my car, and would definitely recommend in the future.

I happened to be in Hendersonville for one night only. On my drive there, something flew up from the road and put a huge smash in my windshield larger than my hand. They had my windshield in stock, and even called my insurance company to file the glass claim (which, FYI, most auto insurance policies have it with a $0 deductible... I had been fighting with Safelight for 2 months trying to get a cracked windshield fixed. My frustration was immeasurable. I called Jack Morris for a new windshield. The lady working told me she would have to contact vendor and would return my call. 3 weeks later, no return call. I then called a second time and spoke with another lady. I was told the previous lady was NLE. She proceeded to take down all of my info/request again and stated she would get back with me. One week later, still no return call. Perhaps others have had great experiences, but not me!

I would definitely recommend Jack Morris an Auto Glass Now Company. The staff was friendly and helpful. My appointment was at 2:30 pm. I arrived at 2:12 pm they took my car back at 2:15 pm and they were finished at 2:26 pm. I was literally in and out before my scheduled appointment time!!! And on top of the great service, they gave me a $50.00 discount. If I ever need windshield repair again, I'll definitely come back!!!
