I tend to take reviews with a grain of salt because you never know who is honest or not. I have to say, if you feel the same way, don't do that here. He deserves every bit of the 5 stars. Absolutely above and beyond. 1.) He answers quickly and if it does go to voicemail, he calls back quickly. 2.) He comes to you 3.) His prices are EXTREMELY reasonable. He wasn't the lowest quoted but far from the most expensive. And considering he travels to you, the difference between the lowest was negligible. 4.) He got us in quick. Turnaround was so fast Now, to add to the above points, he has the absolute best customer service ever. My family and I have had a very bad start to our weekend. We lost one of our furbabies to diabetes Friday afternoon. On my way home to have the discussion of this decision with my family, something hit my driver side window and it exploded. Literally one of the worst days I've ever had. I called around and he was so kind. At the time of speaking with him, we had not decided what we were doing with our fur baby so we were just trying to schedule ASAP on the window. He offered same day replacement. When plans changed and we had to rush to the vet, he was so accommodating and understanding. He got us taken care of the next day. Even more so, he went above and beyond and blessed our family when he found out about the loss of our sweet girl. He was also so empathic and talked with us on his experience with pet loss - honestly, it was so nice. Especially when my family and I are so heartbroken right now. He has a customer for life with us and if you need someone trustworthy, quick, and efficient - well, you found him. Give him a try, you won't regret it.

Highly, highly recommended! Woke up with my rear windshield smashed, so I called around to the “bigger” auto glass companies and they all said it had to be special ordered and couldn’t get me in for a week. Ended finding Ron and not only did he tell me getting the glass wouldn’t be an issue but he could also be here the same day. He did an incredible and will be the only person I use to replace auto glass moving forward. Don’t waste your time with the bigger corporate companies and just use J and L who is local.

Ron was wonderful to work with. He is friendly, honest and a pleasure to be around. Always willing to answer any questions while he works. He did a great job replacing my front windshield and did it for less than the big names that advertise on TV. He even spent time removing old rust that had built up under the windshield that had been replaced by another company years ago. I will recommend to all my friends.

J and L Auto Glass did a great job replacing my shattered windshield. Even though he was super busy, he found the glass for my vehicle and came all the way to my house to replace it! Ron at J and L Auto Glass is the real deal! Great communication getting estimate and setting appointment. He came to my home to replace a cracked windshield. Ron had it done in just over an hour. This guy is a Veteran and hard worker. I highly recommend Ron when your windshield is damaged. And, BTW, he is very competitive on repair pricing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🇺🇸

This is my third time using J&L for one of my vehicles. He did a windshield replacement and a piece of side glass on my Mazda I used to have, and he just did a windshield replacememt on my Camry yesterday. He's quality, a straight-shooter, a man of his word, and very timely with his work. If you need a windshield replaced, give him a call first!

Ron has done 2 windshield replacements for me and both times did a great job. Definitely will be calling him for my next replacement
