I gave 2 stars because I was very grateful they could fit me in super short notice(i called the day before i took it in) & customer service was good.. but I’m very disappointed their time management, I was assured on two separate occasions, before dropping off my car & while i was there, that as long as i dropped off by 8am it would be done by 12pm-1pm the latest & they would text or call when it was ready which worked perfect because we had to drive to Chattanooga & we had dinner reservations at 4:30pm & a movie to see at 6pm. Well I called the shop at 12:41pm to check on the status & was told “it was back there now so it’ll be ready by 4:15pm” it only takes hours for the glue to dry so that means my car sat there for 4 hours before even going back which completely ruined all of our plans and made me lose money because we missed the movie. My rear window was completely shattered due to a rock. They were very nice and professional. They were able to get me in quickly and replaced my rear window. My only issue is they did not do a great job vacuuming out the glass, which they said is part of the service. We picked the vehicle up when it was raining and didn't inspect the inside. I found a lot of decent sized and small glass shards in my vehicle later. My daughter brought it to my attention when she found a bunch of shards in the second row and all the way back to the third row and trunk area. I can hear glass in my hatch when it goes up and down, as well. I didn't think to take photos until I had vacuumed out most of my vehicle, but here is what I found when I flipped up one of the 3rd row seats.ServicesAuto rear window replacement

I heard S&S was the best place around to get window tint done so I decided to make an appointment. When I called, they answered immediately and were very nice over the phone. I was able to get scheduled for an appointment within two days. When I dropped it off, they were very nice and let me know up front if I decide to wait at the shop, it will be a while. I got there before 9 and it was done before lunch. I got full tint service for all windows including the windshield and hard top of my Jeep JK. The tint looks great and has zero flaws! The price was also reasonable compared to other places. Thank you S&S!

03/14/24 Picked up my mother-in-law’s vehicle and another great job! Previous review I currently live in Atlanta, Georgia but I’m originally from Clarksville. A small rock was thrown at the windshield from a dump truck. Over time the crack got worse. I’ve gotten multiple quotes from other companies that were about $900. S&S Auto Glass & Tint had the best price. Only paid $329 for the windshield. That’s a good deal. Bringing my mother-in-law’s 2023 Hyundai in tomorrow and the price is $489. Dropped my car off this morning at 8 and picked up around 3. I’m very happy with the service that I received today.

I have used S & S Glass & Tint multiple times over the years for window tinting. Yesterday, we had them replace a windshield in our 09 Mustang GT. They came to our house and performed the job there. That was a great help since I work the hours they are open and didn't have an easy way to drop off the car. As with all the tint work in the past, they did an awesome job on the windshield replacement!!! Thank you Steve and the crew. You guys are great!!! Had my tint done a few months ago, speed of service was great, and the ladies up front are friendly. I waited 3 days to use my window (it was could out anyway) but Driver side window had a bubble in it that got worse from me rolling the window up and down for two months. I kept my receipt (they urged me to keep it for warranty) and today they had me in and out in and hour or less! There’s a few spots that are creased/bubbled but they are so tiny that I’m really concerned. Unless they get worse but still 5/5 overall.

I loved my experience at S&S. Everyone was so friendly. I showed up an hour early as I was already in town and didn’t want to drive all the way home so I just went by and checked in and had no problem waiting the hour until my scheduled appointment. Well, the lovely young man did my windows during his lunch an hour early. My windows look great... and if you are a Veteran or AD they offer a discount. I most definitely recommend this lovely establishment and will continue to use them from now on.

Amazing experience. Stopped in to have them look at a chip in my windshield. Ladies in the office were extremely kind and informative. It’s obvious they are the experts and looking to help folks understand the options. Tech in the shop squeezed me in and completed the work in less than 30 minutes. I knew not to expect a miracle when you are filling glass, but wow o was impressed. Could barely find the original chip. Price was affordable, especially considering how much I saved on time.

I had a severe leak to the point of my floor board being soaked. I took it to S&S Auto Glass and they fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. They left it drying over the weekend and allowed me to come pick it up on Sunday so I would have my truck for work on Monday. I offered to pay them and they refused. Great place to get windows tinted. They are all very respectful and friendly. They thoroughly explain some of the options too. The tinting that they use is high quality, and I expect it to last. They also do auto glass repair, such as broken windshields, should you ever need it. The warranty on the tinting and glass is also very long. I am confident that they stand by their work and will fix any problems, should they arise. I would highly recommend this local business.
