The windshield in my 2015 F150 was leaking a lot of water into the cab. I knew I needed to get it repaired as quickly as possible. So I called Advantage Auto Glass and spoke to Bo. Even though it was raining that day and he had other customers to service, he was able to get my truck in immediately on the same day. Bo was very kind and helpful! He's full of helpful advise and wisdom beyond what I would've received at most other shops. He asked me to leave my truck there, so that he could keep it in the garage and allow the replacement windshield's glue/resin to properly cure. Other shops wouldn't have necessarily cared. I know because I've used several other shops in the past. Additionally, Bo had OEM Carlite glass (Ford's glass brand) in stock. He was able to sell it to me with installation at a more than reasonable price. Even with a discount, Bo still took the time to replace the double-sided tape that was used to adhere my dashcam to the windshield. Not many shops would do that either. Bo also checked the windshield for water leaks to pinpoint the problem and know where the trouble spots were. I highly recommend Bo's services to anyone in need of them. I recently reached out to Mr. Bo at Advantage Auto Glass about a chip in my windshield, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. After calling around, I found that Mr. Bo provided the best rate by far. He was incredibly accommodating and worked with me to find a time that fit my schedule after school. Although the chip was just a small graze, he recommended filling it to pervert further damage, which I really appreciated. He was friendly and personable, and we had a great conversation while I waited for the repair. His co-worker was just as friendly, and we shared a few laughs also. Mr. Bo even shared some helpful tips for maintaining my vehicle that I hadn't known before. The price was fantastic, and the quality of his servant made it more than worth it. We had a difficult stone chip involving 1 large chip connected to 2 smaller chips. Bo gave us a realistic assessment of how well it would repair and did not try to push us into replacing the glass. His repair came out excellent and because it took him less time than he originally estimated based on the pictures we had sent him, he adjusted his price accordingly. We originally debated on doing the repair ourselves but after seeing some of the additional techniques he used to get the connected cracks to fill in, we're glad we didn't. His van is a fully equipped mobile unit set up just for glass repairs and replacements-this isn't someone working out of the trunk of his car. Very professional, knowledgeable, and conscientious. Having just moved to Tn, he was also a wealth of information on the community. He is now our go to guy for glass repair.

If I could give Mr. Bo 'the 931 glass man' & his assistant 10 stars i absolutely would without hesitation! I texted him around 745am on the Saturday before Easter and he was at my location by 830. Complete by 930. So roughly two hours from the time I initially reached out and the windshield was replaced! I also need a back glass as well, but couldn't afford to do it this time. Mr. Bo went the extra mile and even wrapped my back windshield so rain wouldn't get in my vehicle. Which I'm incredibly thankful for! Quick, trustworthy, reliable, extremely polite, and just over all a man of his word and he clearly takes pride in his work!! He was also the most affordable option after getting several quotes. Called only for an estimate and recieved a quick answer for all of my questions regarding a windshield replacement on my husband's 2010 Nissan Altima. Mr. (Beau?) (Bo?) was VERY quick to assure me he could get the job done right away. While discussing arrangements, I was informed of him having a windshield on site and ready to go, we did not have to wait for one to be available! He worked around both my and my husband's work schedules. Bo and his helper (did not receive a name for the gentleman) showed up to my location in a timely manner and finished sooner than I expected! Absolutely amazing! They did my husbands truck while I was at work. I failed to set them up for success and they did everything in their power to get his front windshield changed. The kindest men and willing to jump through hoops to do this for me. He has a lifted truck, with a special hood scoop, that I parked in our incline driveway, everything not in their favor. They were willing to move it to our back field on flat ground, his key doesn’t work well so they also had to combat getting it started. Called before they came, called when they got there, when they left, and just called again to make sure everything was good. Will recommend to anyone!

If I could give 1000 stars for Mr. Bo and Advantage Auto Glass I would! I called him on a Friday afternoon needing a front windshield for my car. Immediately, he placed an order for the correct glass fit for my car. That Monday morning, Mr. Bo and his assistant arrived at my home and fixed my windshield In my driveway! The prices for replacement were extremely affordable and his service was super quick from the time he arrived to the time he was done! I’ll be sure to call him again for any future glass needs. My experience with the owner Bo was a really great one. I called him to see if he could help me and within a few minutes he had my replacement window ordered. We had to wait for it to come in, but as soon as he did he set up a time that worked for me, even though it wasn’t his business hours. I was able to go to his shop at his home. His price was extremely fair, cheaper than another shop I spoke to. I also met his wonderful wife and fed their cows with her. Both are really great people and I will definitely use him for any needs in the future. Highly recommend!!

My car got hit by the tornado/hail storm and the hail PUMMELED my entire car including my front windshield. I was out of town when this happened and the day I was supposed to arrive back, I was planning on driving out of town, 3hrs away. Well of course I couldnt do the drive with a broken wondshield and the day i got back was Sunday so nobody could change my windshield for me but I called Bo here at Advantage and instead of having his day off, he offered to do it on Sunday for me! He is so meticulous and did an amazing job! If i could give him 10 stars, I would!

Most reliable service you will find with unbeatable prices. Bo was truly a blessing. When I called him he fit me in right away and figured out the problem with my drivers window, power locks and door latch cable. Very careful, he fixed everything without needing to break a thing or need extra parts(like door push-pins). He even explained how the different parts work and what they do so I could decide what to replace! Awesome guy all around, very knowledgeable, genuine, and focused on helping you. I couldn’t recommend him more, I will be a customer for life.
