Rude and incompetent... Called to get an estimate for repairing window seals and told I would have to bring the vehicle down for an estimate, a 20 minute drive from where I was. When I arrive, the proprietor seemed immediately annoyed with my presence as I explained I had just called and been told to come down for an estimate. We go out to look at my vehicle as I further explain the issue and his exact words are "I wouldn't even know where to begin for an estimate" and basically goes on to tell me that since I can't tell him exactly where water is leaking he cant help any further... I literally pulled a seal off the window sill of the truck door with minimal effort and the seal around the windshield is completely dry rotted. If you want quality work done I cant tell you where to go, but definitely dont go here because these "window specialists" cant even identify a bad seal. As I left he laughed and said good luck... thanks for asking me down to your business and completely wasting my time.

After damaging the paint during a headliner installation, the owner's son told me he didn't see how this was his fault then began using profanity at me while my children were present to include dropping the "F-bomb". After paying full price ($688) for a truck headliner that was not "one-piece" as they said it would be, the business never apologized for any inconvenience. Very unprofessional. I was a repeat customer who had done business and advertised for them for over 25 years. Not nearly the quality of work they used to do. Unfortunately that $688 bought them over 50 years of negative advertising.

These guys are fantastic! I recently had them replace the windshield in my Cadillac. It didn’t quite go as expected. We had some trouble with a camera, but they went above and beyond to make it right. Way above! Sometimes things don’t go according to plan and the true qualities of character show in such moments. This place speaks for itself! Well known business that has been around for years. Family friendly and courteous! Before I made an appointment I asked many people for the best place for auto window repair and Don's was mentioned, either by name or the "place on riverside" near Sonic. The end result was awesome! Very insurance friendly with most carriers! Hopefully I won't need their service again but next time I know where to go! Thank you!

I’ve used this place multiple times. Very reasonably priced. Fairly quick turn around and does great work. Nothing has ever leaked on me like Safe-Lite did. Definitely recommend. We blew out our rear window on a ram truck with the wood chipper that I had them replace and recently they replaced the passenger window on my wife’s van from our trip to downtown Nashville.

Our 2017 Subaru Outback needed a front windshield replacement and after checking with other businesses Don’s gave the best estimate. In two other estimates his was an incredible $200 less! The work was completed in a few hours and looked great. I would highly recommend his business to anyone in need of a windshield repair and or replacement. Thank you sir!!

I highly recommend this place! I was in and out less than an hour and a half! The staff are tremendously nice. The windshield is beyond perfect and the price was the most reasonable in this town. I do recommend this place for those who are in the need of a new Auto Glass. I would give them 10 stars if it was an option on here!

We had the best experience. My sister and I were roadtripping from Minnesota to Georgia and got in a crash right outside of Clarksville. The staff here were so accommodating and were able to get us fixed and on the road in the same day. They were so kind and made a hard situation manageable. Cannot say enough good things!!

Our truck's back window was busted over the weekend. After getting a quick quote over the phone, they were able to fix it in no time and at a great rate. Thank you for the excellent service! The window looks as good as new, and we will definitely use your services again in the future.

My husband had leather seats put in his Tacoma. They don't make those trucks with leather. Shane and his crew did a beautiful job. They did a two tone combination seat. It turned out great! My husband is very pleased. I would highly recommend them.ServicesService not listed
