I used this service because my Audi dealer recommended them. I probably won’t ever use them again. Calling the actual location was a NIGHTMARE, I called to inquire about information but they never picked up the phone when I called multiple times at different times of the day. I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and called my insurance and provided their location as my provider to replace my glass. Everything went well after that but then I had an issue with my install. I tried to reach out to them and I had no answer at all. I texted the lady that reached out to me and they said they would relay the message. I never got a call back to this day. I had better luck calling the installer. Luckily he was very kind and came back to fix my issue. I wouldn’t recommend them because getting to reach them is extremely difficult.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

FABULOUS & QUICK & REASONABLE: The rear hatch window on my Toyota Sequoia was shattered. After calling several auto glass replacement companies I fortunately spoke with Laura at Ultimate. I knew I’d found the right company when she asked for the Mfg. Vin # to confirm the right part. I was told when the glass would be in stock and what day to expect the installation. I requested an early morning appointment and surely enough I received a call at 8:00 am and the job was completed by 10:00. It was neat and thorough and the glass looks better than the original. I highly recommend Ultimate Auto for any of your glass repairs and I should think the other services available would match the friendly service I received. I had my new Corvette 4 days when a rock cracked the windshield almost top to bottom. I went to Chevrolet, Cadillac, etal dealerships, but decided to go with Ultimate who had previously replaced my Tahoe's windshield. Ultimate ordered a new GM Corvette windshield (which took a couple of weeks to arrive) and did a PERFECT installation. The car looks just like the day it was purchased. THANK YOU ULTIMATE!!!

Timely and professional. They worked with my insurance company. Everything was handled with a few quick phone calls. The service writer was awesome! They did the job in the parking lot where my truck was parked while i was at work. The technician was courteous and very efficient with his work.
