I had a driver’s side window that had to be replaced. They could not have more courteous or friendly. They made the experience perfect. They replaced the window in less than 30 minutes (I’ve had oil changes take longer). The insurance covered the cost, but it was still much less expensive than I had thought. Exceptional Service in a Time of Crisis After my rear passenger window was smashed in an act of vandalism, I was in a panic. I didn’t have time to wait for my insurance to send someone or schedule a repair through their channels. From the first moment, the team was empathetic, urgent, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They understood my situation and acted quickly. My car was repaired the same day. They didn’t just replace the window—they made double copies of the paperwork for my insurance, thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed all the shattered glass from the car, and ensured everything was functional before I drove off. I had a window get shattered in the parking lot at work by a stray rock. I called for a quote, and they quoted me $75 less than all others in the area. I called on a Friday, and they were able to get me in on Monday. They called me at 1030 and said they would be there in an hour, and they were there in an hour on the dot. They came to my work and replaced my glass in less than 30 minutes. Justin and David were super professional and even suggested that I get my car detailed to get all the tiny shards of glass from my seat. I am EXTREMELY grateful of how fast and reliable they were. I give Auto Glass Now a strong 5 star review. I had two vehicles with cracked windshields, gave them a call and lined up an appointment for the next day. Unfortunately with my schedule, I had to delay getting one of the vehicles for another day. They were very accommodating despite my sporadic scheduling and had both vehicles done within an hour of drop off. They also were cheaper than anywhere else I had called by almost $150. Normally I tend to steer away from the most economical choice, but my experience was top notch. If you want it done well, affordable, and fast, then stop calling other places and come to Auto Glass Now. Thank you guys for the excellent service. We had the mobile service come check a leak i thought might be from a windshieldreplacement we had two years before. Patrick came out and said it wasn't the windshield but our drain from our sunroof. He also said to stop by and they would see if they could clear out the drain. I stopped by a few days later and Victor took my suv to the back and tried a few things to unclog it and it worked. When I offered to pay him for his time he said don't worry about it. Not only did they do a great job replacing my windshield two years ago they helped fix an issue they didn't have to. Cannot recommend them enough.

This was the first time I've ever needed to replace a windshield and the process was super easy! I had originally chosen to drop off my vehicle at their physical location the next day, but unfortunately the replacement glass didn't arrive in time so they were able to send a technician to my house the next day. Dillon arrived right when he said he would and was done in less than an hour. I walked outside to discuss a few things with him and ended up staying out there for almost the entire time talking😅. I even brought my kids out to watch him put the new windshield on since they had been asking me how it all works. Dillon was wonderful and made fast work of it! I decided to pay out of pocket instead of using insurance as I didn't want my premium to increase and they have several payment options online including Affirm which allows you to break the payment into 4 equal payments over 6 weeks. Definitely a great option for such a large purchase if you don't want/can't throw it on a credit card. The whole process of getting an appointment online was fast and hassle free; very straight to the point without a million questions. They send you texts updating you along the way about how the replacement will work, what technician is coming, when they will arrive, when they've arrived, and when the work is done. If, unfortunately, the need for another windshield ever arises, I'll use Safelite again.

FABULOUS & QUICK & REASONABLE: The rear hatch window on my Toyota Sequoia was shattered. After calling several auto glass replacement companies I fortunately spoke with Laura at Ultimate. I knew I’d found the right company when she asked for the Mfg. Vin # to confirm the right part. I was told when the glass would be in stock and what day to expect the installation. I requested an early morning appointment and surely enough I received a call at 8:00 am and the job was completed by 10:00. It was neat and thorough and the glass looks better than the original.
