Joe's Auto Glass

After having my passenger side car window broken into, I was pleased to discover that Joe's was local and could come to my home within two days to replace the glass panel. I also felt the $160+ tax sounded fairly reasonable. Initially, after the glass was replaced, THE WINDOW DID NOT ROLL UP AND DOWN! And according to Debbie, the manager, whether or not the window works, is "not their problem." She said that "all they were hired to do is fix the glass." Can you imagine if a repair shop said that about replacing a battery, a belt, or a new transmission? Debbie said that it could be a bad regulator and that regulators are sometimes damaged when car windows are broken. REALLY? And yet they didn't bother to check that when my door was apart to ensure that the window actually worked? Debbie did go on to say that they could come back out to my home, disessemble the door AGAIN, and give me a price on fixing the regulator. Although I tried several times to ask questions about the initial replacement process and why the regulator wasn't checked initially, Debbie repeatedly cut me off and talked over me, merely repeating herself again and again. I finally told her I would have my husband deal with the situation. After he spoke with Debbie and left a message to have Joe call him, Joe did call back and did have his guys come back out to check things out. As it turned out, the rubber channel inside the door was folded over putting pressure on the glass causing the glass to labor, especially when rolling back up. They went ahead and completely replaced the glass just to be sure. And they made sure it worked before leaving!! Although I was initially very upset, I am now relieved to have a new window that works.

One shady place to do business, dont expect a return phone call, not going to happen. They charged us $246 more than Safelite, but here's the best part, the blonde bimbo showed up at our front door with the insurance check in hand, demanding cash. Not even 30 minutes after they were done, she was ringing our doorbell. She said that the bank they do business with wouldn't take an insurance check. Seriously??? We like to do business locally when we can, but this was a joke. The guys did a great job installing it and we very knowledgable but she made their entire company look like fools. By far the best I have ever seen these people are top notch and I really appreciate them very much. I had my windshield replaced they came to me Jeff was Awesome and so was his helper lordy I can't remember that Boyz name but they both were wonderful I couldn't have asked for any better people than Joe's Auto Glass thank y'all so much I really luv my new windshield to me it's better than the original I highly recommend Joe's Auto Glass thanks once again for an incredible job and they're not expensive either people need to stay away from Safelite they are way to expensiveServicesAuto windshield replacement

Install looks good and the tech did good work, HOWEVER, I was not very happy that the installer showed up at my house without me getting a phone call that I was told I would receive. Also, I was quoted an out the door price of 220 dollars TWICE! And the after the install I am informed by my wife that she was charged 240 dollars.... When i called to question the office I was simply told "well i said plus tax I always do".... I am VERY unhappy because I SPECIFICALLY asked for an out the door price and already had the check written and ready for when the installer arrived

Called to get a quote and a time that this company could put in a windshield. Was given a price and a date... Tried to call back later in the day multiple times, near closing time but prior to closing, to confirm that I wanted the windshield and the proposed day that It could be done, which was the next day....had to leave a message...next day did not receive a call so called them back....was told it gets crazy close to closing and didn’t return my call cause the next day crazy...ended up getting another company to do it and at a lower cost...

We had a big shattered spot in our Explorer windshield. Joe’s Auto Glass was very responsive and courteous, and said they would come the next day, which was very convenient. When they called to let me know they were on their way, I was accidentally running late from a previous appointment. They offered to come to my house after their next customer, and reassured me it was no problem at all. Once they arrived, they had the windshield replaced in no time, and it looks great! Thanks, y’all! We will be recommending you in the future.

We are a small body shop had them come out and install a door track window motor and glass on a 95 blazer LH front door painted the door put it on the truck and as soon as we rolled the window down door was in a bind called to have them come back out and service it gave me a run around on getting back out here Poor service poor quality job. If you do not want to do the job right the first time THEN DONT TAKE THE JOB ! . This is the second problem I have had with JOES AUTO GLASS we will not be return customers .

I had them replace the back glass in my daughter's car after a tree limb fell on it and it was definitely a 5 star experience. They were very responsive through the messaging platform on Google. They had the window ordered and put on within just a few days. The work looks great and she hasn't had any issues, even with there being body damage around the window. The price was also great! A lot cheaper than a few other places I checked with, but not cheap service, product, or work.

Great people working over there. I had a chip in my windshield and took it to them for replacement. They were very fast and professional. I would recommend them for any repairs or replacements needed. It's nice to do business with places that really appreciate their customers. You just cannot get that with the big national repair places. Their prices are also very good so that always helps.

5+ stars for this company. Called them on Friday to put a windshield in a vehicle for one of my customers. They were here on Tuesday to install it. Very quick and efficient. Owning a mechanic shop we are always looking for people to do windshields for customers and from now on this is the place we will be using.
