Auto Glass Service

We had the mobile service come check a leak i thought might be from a windshieldreplacement we had two years before. Patrick came out and said it wasn't the windshield but our drain from our sunroof. He also said to stop by and they would see if they could clear out the drain. I stopped by a few days later and Victor took my suv to the back and tried a few things to unclog it and it worked. When I offered to pay him for his time he said don't worry about it. Not only did they do a great job replacing my windshield two years ago they helped fix an issue they didn't have to. Cannot recommend them enough.

Very friendly and professional. I live in Atlanta but commute to Chattanooga and they were able to accommodate that and get my windshield replaced. I had thought it needed repaired but it actually needed replaced. They were great about getting the service switched and it was easy/no hassle. Incorrectly installed new windshield in my wife’s 4Runner. They would not accept responsibility and kept gives us other possible causes. I pursued each one at my cost. After 4-5 attempts, they finally put in another windshield and the leaking stopped, but according to them it was only a coincidence. The mold/ mildew musty smell was set in and was so bad that we had to take another loss in selling the vehicle got less than we owed

I checked around and they were not the cheapest in town but the place that was cheaper was borderline rude on the phone and obviously didn't care whether I chose them or not. Plus these folks come to your house so I didn't have to drive anywhere. The tech showed up on time and was friendly and polite. Obviously knew what he was doing and had the windshield replaced in under an hour. The only problem was that as he was cleaning the windshield he noticed a scratch in the glass . I might not have even cared about it but it was in a spot that would be in my line of sight and I knew it would bug me. So the installer knew right away that It would have to be replaced and he did not charge me anything at that point. It was late in the week when the first windshield was installed so it was the next week before they contacted me with a new appointment time. The next tech showed up on time and again was done in less than an hour. Very friendly and professional. The windshield was for a Ford F150 that had a Ford logo at the top center and the new windshield did not have that (I could have had one with that feature but would have been more expensive and I didn't care about that). I actually like the new windshield better than the old due to the fact that it has tinting at the top that the old one did not have. Overall good experience even though I could have saved a good bit at cheaper place if I was willing to ignore the poor attitude I receive on the phone from them. My Insurance recommended this company when my passenger's door was hit with a rock from the lawn mower. It shattered into hundreds of pieces but did not fall out. We taped it immediately. I point this out because it means Auto Glass would be dealing with the hundreds of pieces. Once my insurance filed the request, I was contacted by Auto Glass within 10 mins. Ryan asked if I had a minute and he would get the claims dept on the line with us. Ryan stayed on the line helping as I filed the claim. My side window glass had to be ordered and it was received next day. They arrived at my work at 8:45 am. Tech was Victor H. He called to let me know he was on his way and arrived 5 mins early. Then finished the job within an hour. He took great care not to make a mess with the hundreds of pieces of glass as he removed it. Parking lot was clear of any glass that did fall and there was none inside my car. My mirror and door panel were put back in place perfectly. Even with having to order my glass, my window was replaced within 24 hrs of having spoken to them for the very first time! Great communication, Customer Service, and taking pride in a job well done. I had a broken windshield it was cracked all the way across and down the middle. Unfortunately it happened on a Friday and on Monday morning I had a 2.5 hour road trip to make. The car was not safe to drive. I called several places and none could get it done, until I called this company. The person I spoke with said absolutely no problem we can do it Saturday. I said great!!!!. So far so good and then this!!!! I receive a voicemail at 2:49 Friday afternoon stating that no one could make till Monday. I called back and was told they could not do it. I replied that I had to have this repaired and told her why. She tried to tell me about a hail storm which I was fully aware of recently. Truthfully I was surprised that she used that as an excuse. It is the nature of the business they are in , sometimes its steady and sometimes you need to make a superhuman effort. If they were aware that there was no way to add any appointments ,Why did they take mine? It was too late to find anyone else so I had to spend 130.00 dollars to rent a car. So now a 250.00 repair will now cost me 380.00. Thanks guys!!!! J. Williams

I've seen many miles and in that experience not only have I had glass replaced, as a company owner myself, I've delt with lots of businesses in residential, commercial, and industrial services settings. In this old mans opinion Auto Glass Service is not only by far my best glass shop experience, I would rank it 5+ out of 5 in any type of business dealings that I've ever had. How do they hire these great people? From my first call with Angelia to get scheduled to Victor bringing my perfectly repaired truck to me at the hotel, I was just amazed at their profeciency. Also, it was beyond their technical perfection, it was their degree of personal and sincere caring for my needs that was an example of how to treat people. This sounds crazy, but If you're a business owner it may even be worth your time and expense to break your windshield just to see how these people operate a public service business. OK, the return visit was much, much better. So, for part two, l would assign a much higher score. We dropped off the car (which took some re-negotiating), and were able to pick it up later. So. It ended well. .... Not outstanding. I was the chauffeur for an older friend to take him and his car (cracked windshield) for a 10:00am appointment. Arriving four minutes early, we were told, "Oh, you were supposed to confirm your appointment. . ." Excuse me ? Like the company couldn't follow up on the appointment ? No time for a phone call ? A two minute call ? So we have to return 6 days later at noon for a 2 & a half hr appointment. Auto glass or cardiology ? A wasted hour and my (pitifully small) fee. Puh-leeze. Oh, the cardiology office calls to confirm appointments. Novel idea. Might catch on. Hope so

I HIGHLY recommend this place!! I've been dealing with a flapping noise near my driver's side window for a few months now, (SO annoying!) and I've had numerous places try to find the source with no luck. I took it here thinking I needed a new windshield replacement and 1 glance from Patrick said, "I know exactly what it is!" And he was right!! It was the strip that runs alongside my windshield had broken teeth, which caused a loose rubber strip in it! Voila!! Then he quickly unplugged a clog in my sunroof drain that had caused a water stain in my ceiling, and filled a small stone chip in my windshield. In & out SO quickly! He was VERY thorough, professional, and with very high standards!!

From the reception and customer service rep (Sam), to the location manager (Patrick), to the tech (Asa) - everyone was so extremely helpful and friendly!! I needed service quick, and was just about to come to the unfortunate terms that it was not going to happen as the weekend was near, but this amazing team managed to get me in last-minute on a Friday! The rear glass in my vehicle was replaced with care in no time - I am so extremely grateful for the quick and quality service. I can tell this establishment values their customers and cares about the work they do. I would recommend 1000x over. Thank you!! :)
