When I originally called I was transferred twice, not a big deal. The lady I talked to took quite alot of time to find our invoice, she seemed unsure and I had to tell her name, date, car, and price. She said she found it and I paid with my card over the phone. The amount was taken out of my bank and I was sent an email copy of the payment. My fiance then gets a couple calls while at work being hasseled about it not being paid. The lady tells him "there was a payment for that same amount (that we paid) but it was for a different vehicle not yours". The windshield looks great! My fiance was a little annoyed that they used red tape to put his sensor on his windshield back up and you can see it from the outside.

At first the lady who answered the phone was friendly and told my husband she would stop by to look at our camper window and estimate how much it would cost. Then, even though she said she would, decided she didn't want to stop by, I guess, and she became extremely rude and said if we wanted them to look at it, we would have to bring it in. Yeah, not so much. Don't offer to stop by and then take it back. Rude and unprofessional! A drastic180 from friendly customer service to complete disregard. And I'll make sure to share this experience, as I was appalled at such bad human behavior. Don't be happy to help one minute, and then the next minute act bothered by such a "piddly request" as if we're beneath you

Sent my daughter here to fix a chip in her windshield. Instead of fixing it, they broke it when they drilled into it (By the way, you DON'T need to drill into such a small chip, it can simply be filled) But nonetheless, they broke the entire windshield. When they broke it, they only offered my daughter $50 off a full replacement, which she didn't have. They also didn't provide her with an invoice for anything. When we tried calling later to argue it, they just keep stating that we need an invoice for them to do anything, and refused to take any responsibility for the damage they caused. This place is shady, and management is the worst. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Avoid at all costs!

Had my windshield replaced a couple years ago and have had a couple windshield chip repairs done and each time is a great experience. Aime helped me today get my last chip fixed and she was very helpful, asked all the questions to make sure I could save the most money and when I got my car back, not even 10 minutes later, the chip is essentially nonexistent. In and out in minutes, top notch service, customer and on my vehicle, plus saved more than 40 bucks compared to any other company I called and asked a quote from. Will recommend to anyone in need. My Daughters and I were traveling to the Black Hills when a semi trailers chain clipped my drivers window. I thought the trip was over. Amy at Dakota Glass saved the day. She not only squeezed us in their rightfully busy shop but also gave us a loner and a list of attractions to see while they fixed it. They went above and beyond. Not a piece of glass was kept behind. My bronco looked as good as new. My daughters didn't miss any fun. DAKOTAS facilities are incredibly clean and well maintained. Hands down the best experience imaginable.

Customer service is not just when you are the phone. This may be a helpful tip, for the woman answering phones, at Dakotaland today. While sitting and waiting much longer than I was told I would have to, I have had the opportunity to hear the feelings this representative has for EVERY person who has called. Just remember there are people who are watching and you are always representing your company, whether on the phone, or not. Now that I have left, you can still see exactly where the chip was, like nothing was done. :-(

They are the cheapest for a reason! I had a windshield replaced. I had to say something to one of the techs for standing on my door panel. Also left glue on interior trim. The other tech had the nerve to tell me if they break something they will pay for it. I did not have my windshield replaced to have something else fixed over stupidity. If you like your vehicle do not go to this place! What a joke of a place no respect for your vehicle!

My sister took her vehicle here today and they completely destroyed a rose that was in her vehicle from our grandmother's funeral, whom passed away earlier this year, they ruined her doggy carseat, and did not place the tape on the window correctly so when she got on the highway in the drizzle it flew off. The only positive outcome she got was a greasy rag that they left in her vehicle. Do not recommend this place.

Awful experience, brought a car in to get the passenger rear side window replaced which was clearly smashed out but cleaned up for there techs. They ignored what they were told to do and replaced the front windshield which wasn’t even cracked. Most unprofessional staff ever and wouldn’t refund or help with their mistake. Didn’t take any responsibility for the issue. Would never recommend or go there. Not worth it.

I called at 9am to have my windshield replaced and my car was in the shop by 930 am. The phone staff that scheduled me was beyond friendly, and they had a free loaner car warming up and ready for me when I got there. I had my car back good as new by 2pm . They also moved all of my stickers over to my new windshield and were over $100 cheaper than safelite. I couldn't recommend them more.
