Thanks, Travis, for saving my wife on super short notice on a Friday afternoon and giving your Saturday morning to get her new winshield installed! My wife was driving to Sioux Falls for a quick weekend trip to visit friends and had a large ice chunk fly off a semi and shattered her windshield. Called 605 Auto Glass, and Travis was beyond accommodating and started working immediately to help figure out a solution for us before she had to drive back home Sunday morning. By lunchtime on Saturday, her new windshield was installed in her hotel parking lot. Not to mention, he then he drove her car to the shop and calibrated her lane change sensors and sent me all the confirmation results from the calibration. Thanks again to Travis and 605 Auto Glass for going above and beyond helping us out during a stressful time for my wife. I highly recommend them to anyone who appreciates Quick Response, GREAT Service, and Quality work!

Had a large chip in the windshield, it had a few cracks radiating out from the chip. He said he said he could try but it might not work . He did it in about 45: minutes. Said he could not guarantee it. I said that was fine. At least they tried, and it was really quite a bit smaller. I went to pay, he said no charge. If I can't guarantee it 100% he doesn't charge. Called to schedule, got on the schedule within 2 days for fill windshield replacement. Customer service was great, and informal. Very transparent about the cost and process. Had an issue with key fob not working after the replacement but my keys just needed to be reprogrammed since the whole safety system was reprogrammed as well. Dropped my truck off and they called just a few hours later for pickup. Thank you guys!

Had my windshield replaced a couple years ago and have had a couple windshield chip repairs done and each time is a great experience. Aime helped me today get my last chip fixed and she was very helpful, asked all the questions to make sure I could save the most money and when I got my car back, not even 10 minutes later, the chip is essentially nonexistent. In and out in minutes, top notch service, customer and on my vehicle, plus saved more than 40 bucks compared to any other company I called and asked a quote from. Will recommend to anyone in need. I had a few rock chips and my nephews hit a basketball on my front windshield over the weekend. So I took it to the guys at Method. They got my vehicle in on Saturday November 12th for a front windshield replacement. It looked like a brand new car when they finished. These guys were fast, affordable and the quality service we received was unbeatable! They even got me in for a last minute request on some tint and buffered my headlights to make them new again. I've had two rock chips now on I-29 on the windshield of my truck. The first one happened in August 2022 and I went to Glass Doctors. The second one happened in August 2024 and I went to Northstar Auto Glass. I called the afternoon that it happened and they were able to get me in first thing the next morning. I talked to Aaron who did the chip repair after the work was done and I really appreciated his attitude. He told me he likes to take his time and let the resin work itself into the chip as much as possible which results in a less visible chip. When I compared the chip repairs from Glass Doctor and Northstar it was like night and day; the Northstar repair looked much better and was barely visible. On top of that, Northstar charged $20 (28.5%) less than Glass Doctor so this was a win-win for me. Great job Aaron, thank you very much!

If you are getting service from the Sioux Falls branch, ask for Antonio A. to be your technician. He is by far the most professional technician from ANY company that I have seen in a very long time. His communication is incredible, his professionalism is above top teir, and the knowledge on the work he does could put any textbook to shame. Antonio was punctual and respectful of my family and my shop space. I truly believe that he should be in management or corporate with the ability to educate and train current and new technicians. Whenever my next widnshield needs a chip fixed or a whole replacement again, I will be requesting Antonio to be the tech. I am not saying there are no other men or women in this office who are capable of the job, but i truly believe it would be no contest putting 10 techs in competition against Antonio and having him come out of top of work quality and customer service review.

They are busy but FRIENDLY...I walked in and I got the first available appointment which was 2 weeks out. It was perfectly fine me given the situation, ie everyone has gotten damage to their glass in these last 2 storms so they are very BUSY. A full windshield replacement is a 2 hr job. I woke up at 7A. I dropped my car off at 740A. (As a reminder make an appointment for early morning, then drop off early, and plan accordingly.) I went to Taco Bell for a breakfast burrito and took a Lyft home. As my Lyft turned the corner my car was in shop being worked on!! I got home, started laundry and got a call around 900A. My car was done and available for pickup after 10A. So I got a.Lyft back and showed.up at 1035A, paid my invoice and was out and about getting coffee. The parts, kit, and labor was beyond reasonable and competitively priced. I definitely recommend these guys 100% They are friendly, professional, and great to work with. There results are impressive. *** I was told to take the blue tape off late afternoon, and no car washes for 3 days. Will do!! Thanks guys!! Total time: 150 minutes Wow!! Just do it!! The new windshield is superior to the OEM windshield I got originally. Spotless work, looks sharp!!

My back window on my car was shattered. I was going to make my appointment with Safelite but they were booked a week plus out and I couldn't wait that long with a busted window. Well, thank God because Travis was awesome. It was raining today and he stopped by where I worked because he was concerned I might get water from the broken window. He put a tarp on it till he was able to repair it. He decided a little later he was going to take my car back to the shop instead and returned my car fixed in a hr. Travis went above and beyond. I recommend this company to anyone that needs their window repaired. Thank you!
