I was quoted a price over the phone then once the windshield was out they increased the price. The explanation was that my aluminum frame was rusting. (Aluminum does not rust) I took a look and there was some white corrosion that very easily brushed off, and the old adhesive had to be removed anyway so it wasn't any additional work. He suggested I could see a body shop (to make it sound bad and expensive ) or he could clean it up for an additional 150$. I cleaned all of it off in 30 seconds and he had nothing to say. Besides this ridiculous scamming, he always did sloppy work. Black adhesive was oozing on the inside of glass. I will never use these guys again. Vendor spoke poor English as well.

While starting on a trip we had traumatic glass damage by flying debris on the interstate that smashed our windshield with glass covering the passenger. Our insurance agent got us in touch with Quality Auto Glass. We told him the make of our car over the phone. He told us to get breakfast and by the time we would be done the new windshield would be at his shop from another town 2 hours away. When we got to his shop he immediately got the windshield in, broken glass vacuumed and we were on our way. The owner was very quick and professional! A bad experience that turned out great! Would highly recommend them!!!

A Quality Auto Glass is a well run business that took care of my problem quickly and helped to reduce the stress I experienced. As soon as I walked up to the door I was greeted and we looked over the issue and discussed the possible options. After, the owner immediately got on the phone with my insurance company spoke with the rep. and took care of any information required to be reported. The glass was ordered and delivered within 2 hours, and after receival 😁 he had the new windshield in in less than 1 hour. Looks good, no issue with wind noise, direct replacement. Impressed and happy.

Very pleased with the fast service. Since I was just passing through town, I needed to have my windshield replaced ASAP. We scheduled the appt for the following morning at 8am at his shop. Upon our arrival at 7:55am, he was prompt and had the installation completed by 8:45am. My old windshield included the frit (black band) around the windshield. He was able to replace the same windshield $100 less than “the other guys”. Very happy customer. Roman from Quality Auto Glass is awesome!!! I called at 6:30 a.m. to schedule a windshield replacement and Roman came to me at my job and my windshield was changed no later than 6 hrs after I called. Quality Auto Glass has the best price in town for window replacement and their customer service is top-notch. I will recommend them to anyone I know that ever needs window replacement or repair.... Roman was very helpful at first.He replaced the windshield and left a big grease spot on the hood which I'm still trying to get off. My drivers side windshield wiper isn't functioning properly (before it was fine). I'm still waiting for him to install the 2024 version of the windshield sensor system. It's almost a week later and he hasn't finished the job. At this point I'm going elsewhere.

I highly recommend. The owner was amazing a very nice man, they replaced my windshield in a timely manner. I waited till it rained to write a review to see if it had any leaks and of course it didn’t, so with that being said THANK YOU QUALITY AUTO GLASS. I will be setting up another appointment with them to get my other cars windshield replaced !.

This is the worst people I had to deal with. 1st they will give you one price, then when arrive will inform you that you have to pay for road call extra $100. But this is just the beginning. After 2 days windshield is leaking so bad. See video below . They probably paid for good reviews they have. Not to say that Roman was very rude to deal with.

This is a wonderful company. After calling them about a cracked windshield, they conference called our insurance company, ordered the windshield and came to the house to install. We could not have had a better service. The repair man that came to the house was professional, courteous, and worked very quickly. Kudos to Quality Auto Glass!
