Updated review for June 2025: I've now been to Express Auto Glass somewhere between 4 and 6 times over the past few years. I know... It's a problem... My dog literally ate my window... Repeatedly. Clearly, neither of us have learned our respective lessons. The speed, quality, and cost at Express Auto is unmatched. The owner is a great guy and the staff always takes care of me and whichever vehicle I've managed to break this time. I recommend Express Auto Glass to everyone and I do it with confidence. Like I mentioned in my original review, Safelite gets a lot of business because of their size and name recognition, but if I had to choose between the two, I'd go out of my way to go to Express every time. In fact, I was in Greenville when this most recent window was broken, and I drove past several other auto glass shops on my way to Express, because I know I can confidently trust them to get me right every time. Original review: I highly recommend Express Auto Glass. I'd been using Safelite for insurance covered repairs since the company name comes to mind easily and when you have a busted window, speed of repair is important, but this repair wasn't covered and Safelite was backed up for a few weeks. I googled and the reviews were very good. Express Auto Glass got me scheduled quickly, finished the job professionally, faster than Safelite, and the price was right. We did have two mix-ups with the supplier sending the wrong glass, but Express Auto Glass got the issue resolved and promptly sent a mobile team to my Cowpens residence to make me whole as soon as the correct part was received. Fantastic experience and will be calling them first the next time I need glass repair.

(Prius’s are apparently rare in SC, especially with gas at $3 a gallon!), When I called, the owner picked up with such a friendly vibe I could practically feel him smiling through the phone. He told me to come in at 2:30, saying they’d take care of it for $200. I arrived a bit early, and after a quick chat and some laughs, he got straight to work. I barely had time to grab a coffee before he came back with my keys, finished in under 30 minutes! When I checked, the windshield was installed perfectly, and they’d even vacuumed the car. Later, a rock hit it, and not a scratch was left. These guys were efficient, friendly, and great value. 99/100 – nobody’s perfect, but they came close!

My windshield was shattered my someone hitting a golf ball. I had contacted one glass company and they were ridiculously high. They made me an appointment and texted me the next day and had changed my appointment without consulting me. My son called around and found Express Auto Glass. The woman she talked to was very caring, concerned, and sympathetic of my situation. The techs came to my job the next day and my windshield was replaced in 20 minutes. They were timely and professional. They called to let me know what time they were arriving, met me at the front entrance of my job, and called me when they were completed. I am retired and the price fit right into my budget! I highly recommend Express Auto Glass for all your glass problems.

I took my daughters Mercedes C300 to get the sunroof completely replaced all the tracks motors everything transferred from a scrap top to her car. These guys worked super hard to get my daughter's car ready so she could have it for her first day of school on Monday! The owner and his help along with 3 others he called in to help stayed after hours on a Saturday to complete this for me! He done an excellent job and I am super thankful for him and his workers for their honesty great pricing and over all the work and hours they put in to fix her car definitely recommend taking cars here to get fixed or glass replaced and will most definitely be back!Price assessmentGreat price

Express Auto Glass did a phenomenal job on my Alfa Romeo. Prior to coming into them, I took my vehicle to a well-known glass company and they were not able to repair my car’s windshield with camera code errors. However, they were able to repair my windshield with the camera code errors. I would definitely highly recommend this glass company. The representatives are nice and keep you well informed. They also provide you with pertinent details. They did a great job, and it did not take them long to get the job done. Their work is impeccable. I would definitely use them again.

So for about two weeks I tried to use safelite to get my windshield fixed after being pushed around an reschedule three times I said let me call someone local an I found express glass around the corner from the house I live in when I called he said I’ll be there 9 am tomorrow I was like ok bet next I know nine rolls around an I call to make sure all is ok he tells me he I’m so sorry the glass they brought us is cracked I’ll have a new one in at 1 by 145 I had a brand new windshield an would recommend this company over any other in the aeeaServicesAuto windshield repair

I had to have my front windshield replaced while I was out of town and once I returned home, I noticed it was leaking from a bad seal, so I took my car to Express Auto Glass after speaking to the owner. Him and his staff were so helpful, kind, and quick! It was the best customer service I have received in a long time. He was able to save the windshield and reseal the whole thing in 30 minutes. I would highly recommend supporting this local business, they were excellent! Plus, their prices are much better than the place who originally replaced my windshield!

I Highly Recommend these guys if you want honest and quality work. Had my rear passenger window busted out of my car and these guys were able to clean up the broken glass and get a new one installed in less than a hour after arrival. Very good and friendly customer service and some high quality work for a very fair price that nobody come close to competing against, plus they come to you if you need them to. I recommend this company over safelite any day. I will always choose these guys for my future glass needs. Thank y’all so much.

Today was my second visit to Express Auto Glass. Previously, it was my windshield replacement done at my home. Today, window on driver side would not come up and now fixed. One would not find a shop to take you right away and get the work done fast. This is why I love the staff here. The owner is awesome. I would 100% and highly recommend Express Auto Glass to meet your needs for any auto glass or repair work. You are in and out. In addition to , reasonable. Truly, they deserve 10 stars.

Express Auto Glass Repair is the best!!! I brought my Cadillac CTS in because my sunroof had been leaking and Hugo found the problem and let me know right away when he could fix it and the cost. I was excited to know that I could come in the next day Saturday and not have to miss any time off work. he got the job done quickly and now I’m happy to say my car doesn’t leak anymore!!! I highly recommend Express Auto glass and if I have any problems in the future I know who to go too!!!
