Here’s a strong, detailed Google Maps review exposing their terrible service: ⭐ 1 Star – AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a complete disaster, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for auto glass replacement. I scheduled a windshield replacement with Auto Glass Now and was told to wait 10 days for an appointment—no problem. Three days ago, they texted me confirming that the technician would arrive today between 1-4 PM. I made it very clear that I needed a call or text before arrival, and they acknowledged it. Fast forward to today: I was glued to my phone, waiting for that call. Instead, I got a random call from a different state’s area code. Not knowing it was them, I texted back four times asking who it was and even tried to call back—no response. Then, out of nowhere, the technician shows up at my door with an incredibly rude attitude. When I politely said I needed 10 minutes to get the car ready, she completely lost it—started cursing, yelling, and acting unprofessional. I told her, “I called and texted back.” Her excuse? “I get lots of scam calls.” Really? Then I asked, “What about my texts?” She said, “I was driving.” So let me get this straight: • You were driving and couldn’t check texts, but you could call me? • If it was a scam call, why didn’t you call me back from the same number to verify? Then the corporate office retaliated! Instead of fixing the issue, they canceled my appointment out of spite and told me if I still wanted the service, I had to drive TWO HOURS away! This company is an absolute joke—terrible communication, unprofessional technicians, and horrible customer service. If you value your time and sanity, stay far away from Auto Glass Now. 🚨 DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! 🚨

At the age of 54, this was the worst service that I have ever received from an Auto Glass Company. Went in for a broken side window on a F-650 truck. Had the truck there on time, they said that it would take an hour. Showed back up an hour later to pick up my truck to be informed that the plastic clips that hold in my window was broken. So instead of calling me or my insurance company they installed the window to the broken mount and put the entire thing back together. (Broken and not working properly). Then the informed me that they didn't get the broken glass out if the door. They told me that it would work it's way out of the tiny weep holes in the bottom of the door. They didn't vacuum the glass out of the floor or the door panel. So I went to the car wash and vacuumed all the glass of interior of the truck. So I have a new window that doesn't work properly and glass in the door that rattles every time that I hit a bump. Sorry customer service.

I went there because there’s a good reviews and medium price ($480) comparing to other shops. Also they have windshield ready in the same day. Was it worth? Not so sure. I have had windshields replacement somewhere else before and I never had these issues. My Windshield was dirty inside out. I had to clean them afterwards. There are 2 tiny dents on brand new windshield. Not only that. They scratches my airbag area. I knew it was not just dirty. Biggest thing for me is the visible glue on both sides! How did they leave it like that? Or they did not check or clean it afterwards. It’s messy. Also how they attached my mirror back to windshield. I can see there’s a white gap in between black frame. WOW! I usually leave pros & cons in my reviews, but I have no cons this time. Back story - I busted my windshield the evening of July 1st in Atlanta. I started calling for quotes the next day in Atlanta & Charleston since I was moving on July 6th. Of the 7 places I called, Autoglass Now: - responded to my quote request the fastest - could get me in the soonest (on July 6th if I had wanted!) - had the lowest quote They told me it would take 45 min to 1 hr for a replacement (which I thought was quick). I was out the door in 𝟮𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀. When they called day of to confirm the appointment, they even asked if I'd like to come in sooner that day. Love it. Cindy was also enjoyable to talk to during my very short wait 😊

"I wouldn't recommend Auto Glass Now to anyone. They didn't install my windshield correctly, and when I called to get it fixed, they initially tried to charge me a fee for them to come to my house, even though it was their mistake. After I explained to the representative that I wasn't paying for their error, she agreed to waive the fee. But a couple of hours later, another coworker called me and said I needed to bring my vehicle in for them to inspect the glass. Because the company didn't want to send someone out, I now have to drive an hour away. Horrible service! If I could, I would give them a rating of -0. My advice: hire competent people! Don’t use this company!!!!!!! RUN!!!!!

Cindy was beyond accommodating, I was struggling so hard to get my Safelite appointment made they had so many issues way more expensive they booked me for an appointment and didn’t even have the glass for my car. So I found Auto glass now online. instead of waiting three days like Safelite was gonna do. Cindy got me right in. Not only did she get me in immediately, but she also had the exact size I needed for my windshield replacement and Cindy worked with me on the pricing. Girl, you are amazing thank you so much!!! Amazing job done on the windshield. A+++++ x 10000. I recommend Auto Glass Now over safelite any day.

I had the rear windshield of my 2011 Subaru Outback replaced by Auto Glass Now on Ashley Phosphate in North Charleston, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Everything was handled swiftly and right on schedule. The team provided excellent service, and I was impressed by their attention to detail and the cleanliness of their work. I think I was in and out of there in no more than 45 minutes, which was amazing! If you’re looking for fast, reliable, and professional glass replacement, I highly recommend Auto Glass Now. The technician was great, very personable, punctual, professional. The s chedulerr was helpful and made the insurance process a breeze. However, there needs to be better communication regarding the mobile repair service. I was given an option for a time, and the night before, I got a text saying no such option existed, which caused my repair to be delayed by 48 hours, and it required that I readjust my work schedules. Very inconvenient, very aggravating, . Overall, the service was great.

Had a problem with my review mirror, it popped off the windshield a few months after windshield replacement. This company will not come to me to fix the issue . They guarantee their work but want me to drive an hour away to have them fix it AGAIN ?? That's poor customer service , and they will be happy to know I will NEVER return. I will also be sure to tell all my friends and family members of the lack of customer service at this establishment.

I came in to replace my windshield on my car and the lady gave me an attitude when her credit card machine wouldn't work. I told her I can give her a check and she declined that and told me to give cash instead. It was a buisness purchase so I needed the trail. I told her I would come back when her machine would be working bit she said that they will charge me storage. Very impolite horrible customer service.
