WOW! I usually leave pros & cons in my reviews, but I have no cons this time. Back story - I busted my windshield the evening of July 1st in Atlanta. I started calling for quotes the next day in Atlanta & Charleston since I was moving on July 6th. Of the 7 places I called, Autoglass Now: - responded to my quote request the fastest - could get me in the soonest (on July 6th if I had wanted!) - had the lowest quote They told me it would take 45 min to 1 hr for a replacement (which I thought was quick). I was out the door in 𝟮𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀. When they called day of to confirm the appointment, they even asked if I'd like to come in sooner that day. Love it. Cindy was also enjoyable to talk to during my very short wait 😊

My dude, Ali, was so helpful. My appointment for a home visit was affected by the rain, so Ali offered for us to come even earlier and open the shop just for us and repair it sheltered from the rain. The lobby was spotless because it was just being cleaned by a hardworking family of cleaners. The vending machine options was bangin', son! So happy with my service and quickness and heads up Ali was to make sure we were taken care of for my windshield replacement. Thanks, Ali! 10/10 recommend.

Nick showed up right on time, friendly smile and all, and got straight to work like he’d been fixing windshields his whole life. Not only did he do an incredible job, but he was also just one of those genuinely good people you don’t run into every day professional, kind, and clearly proud of what he does. My windshield looks brand new, and I honestly caught myself admiring it like it was a piece of art. Nick turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into an easy, even enjoyable experience. If every employee brought the same care and good energy that Nick did, the world (and the road) would be a much better place.
