Made an appointment to get glass repair done.. repair was worse than before repair was started. Attempted to make an appointment for a replacement. They canceled my appointment 2 days before claiming they could not get a windshield after they found 2. There is absolutely no way to reach them without going there as their nationwide policy is they don’t accept calls at locations and only allow bookings on their website. My insurance told me to find a windshield, buy it, save the receipt, and bring it to them or anywhere for installation. Safelite refused to install my brand new windshield that I bought from the same supplier Safelite told me didn’t have them. Poor service. They performed zero effort to resolve this so I won’t ever use them again or recommend them. Very bad experience. The receptionist woman begged me not to post this review but she could not provide a single reason why I should provide a good review. Safelite do better… and answer the dam phones.

I wasn’t there 5 minutes before a member came out and needed to speak with me about my damaged glass on the front passenger door and told that it was the ‘regulator.’ I heard the regulator and motor working. I heard a crunching sound that sounded like glass crunching and caught within the motor/regulator. The glass became dislodged and fell through the door. They did not bother taking the door apart to investigate. Technician simply wrapped it up and told me they couldn’t repair it. So, I don’t know if the glass is chipped or damaged and now it is something I’ll probably have to work on myself, but hey that’s Greenville. Land of the lazy. Terrible experience.

Been to this location 3 times. They replaced with aftermarket window and leaked Went almost a week before warranty could get us back in. 2nd trip they checked window before putting in and said there was a flaw in the window itself. Order original part 2 weeks wait 3rd trip the installed window. Didn't bother fixing headliner at window. Did bother to fix back wall of truck under window. Window still leaks. Tried to call during business hours and customer service can not take call at this time. If all they do is windows, why can they not get this right???

From the moment of arrival to departure...it was a great experience! My windshield had been struck by flying rocks from the road & i was in contact with Safelite once again, & as per usual, i was scheduled, windshield replaced & home within a 48hour window from the initial claim start. Yaay & i was back in my bed in no time resting from my 10-day trip! Thank u staff @ Safelite...it was a pleasure! Kudos to u all!

Honestly really impressed with this Store, Highly Recommend. James helped me out from the beginning and was very professional until the end. I had taken it to 3 other shops before but there was always something as to why they couldn’t do it. Not the Case Here at All. Had an appointment on Saturday at 8am and no one was there. we called the corporate number on the door and they were not able to reach any one either. waited until 8:45 with my 10 month old baby and left. clearly, I would not recommend this location.

Arrived at Safelite facility at 8am for appointment, not a single person onsite, called customer service, customer service couldn't reach any representatives that work at this location. Not a good look for Safelite

I drive 1.5 hours then get 3 hours of my life wasted just for them to come out and tell me they ordered the wrong part. Stay as far away from this place as possible. The workers are incompetent
