Brightview Auto Glass is hands down the best way to have your windshield fixed or replaced. They are very professional and prompt when it comes to taking care of there customers. I have 96 Honda Civic that is heavily modified from ground up. Most places wouldn't even do a windshield replacement because of the modifications but brightview promptly took care of my needs. The gentleman they sent out was very courteous and professional.. I recommend them 10/10 over any competitor.. thank you Brightview Auto Glass .. sorry they only allow 5 stars .. you deserve 10

Service was unparalleled! Brightview Auto Glass answered their phone after business hours and had a service tech at my house first thing the next morning! Clyde, my service tech was spectacular, he called with the advance notice I requested, arrived on time, had the windshield replaced, and was cleaning up before I could even offer him a cup of coffee. Worthy to note they did not up charge me for my rush need and pricing was well below what others quoted. My experience was amazing, definitely give Brightview Auto Glass a call. 🚗

What a great experience! From the ease of making the appointment to the communication from beginning to end, everything went smoothly and efficiently. Bernard, my installer, was personable, highly skilled and paid attention to every detail. And, he came direct to my house, making it very convenient. I also had inquired of a nation company to do the same job. I would have had to go to them, and, the price quoted was $300+ dollars more. You can bet I will use Brightview Auto Glass again.

I started the glass claim on Sunday evening and by the following Tuesday morning I had a brand new windshield. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. The technician drove my vehicle after replacement to make sure everything was secure and sealed. The new windshield looks perfect — like the damage never happened! The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Had to get my windshield replaced & very thankful that Brightview was able to come to my house & replace it. I was even more impressed that they were able to calibrate my windshield from my location when other glass companies could not. They had to order my windshield and kept me up to date on everything. They let me know when they were on the way. I really appreciate great service!

I want to say how much I appreciate the service we got . This company not only responded quickly but did an excellent job on my windshield. It was hot and muggy but the kind young man did not complain or try to hurry just to get it done and he did such a good job . Thank you for taking good care of us .

Exceptional experience! My windshield was broken and they scheduled me quickly. The tech arrived on time, was professional and respectful. We realized the wrong glass was ordered. They took responsibility and quickly exchanged it. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right.

Called Brightview at 2:30pm on a Monday and they fixed my windshield by 5pm. Great work and customer service. Definitely recommend. For background, a rock smashed my windshield on the highway and I was able to drive 20 minutes to their Greenville location, but they’ll show up anywhere.

Brightview Auto Glass, price was nearly $100 less and able to service my car more quickly than other quotes. Plus the service technician Bernard was professional and courteous. Highly recommend them!
