Wellllllll... The technicians and guys working there are super nice and friendly. The whole experience was super pleasant and wifi and a Kureig is all you need for a good waiting area. So I had no problem with that, and I was in an out of there quickly. I posted a picture of the crack after repairs. I can't lie... I kind of think it looks even worse. 😭 I bought my car with the crack in it and so insurance wouldn't help me pay, so I either had to choose to have the crack repaired for $70 or have the windshield replaced for over $300. So, I chose the repair, but now I'm wishing I would have just saved and paid for the new windshield. I mean, I should have said something when I was there, but I didn't because the tech was so nice and I don't really know anything about glass repairs so I thought it was fine. But now I'm not so sure... I think I have 30 days to express my concern, so I will try to live with it for a week and if I can't stand it, the tech did say I could come back! Thank you for the service in the meantime, Safelite. 🙂

This is the second time (and second vehicle) I have used Safelite to replace a windshield at our house. Overall we had a great experience and the job was completed within about 2 hours start to finish including the recalibration of the newly installed windshield. The tech was professional and polite. My only suggestions to make this better would have been providing a better heads up prior to arriving (we received the on the way text about 20 minutes after he arrived). And it would have been greatly appreciated if he provided an estimate of how long the test drive/recalibration could take just so we knew how long he may be test driving the vehicle. Overall, completely satisfied with service this Safelite location provided for us.

By far the worst experience ever. 4th trip and issue is still not resolved. It appears they lack the knowledge of how to repair properly and just try to do a quick fix. Rubber molding was installed on one side of windshield. Left parts off then tried to use sticky strips to attach parts when I finally was able to get in a week later to correct previous issue. Highly disappointed in the services provided. I most definitely would not recommend. Yet again, another visit required after being contacted in reference to an error with calibration.NegativeProfessionalism

Chose the all day drop option for insurance replacement. I called @ 1:30 and was told my car would be ready @ 4:30. Got to the shop right before 5 and was told it would be about 10-15 minutes until my car would be ready. Went back to the counter @5:25 and spoke with the “manager” Willy, about how much longer my car would be. Willy said they were still working on it. When I asked about a timeframe he said it would be a few minutes. We got into a back and forth and he was very rude and unhelpful.

I had attempted to do business with Safelite a while back and had a bad experience and left a two-star review because I couldn't get in touch with someone. However, today's experience with Mike changed that to a five-star review. Hot day today, and Mike worked to replace the window in my van and yet all of that stuff recalibrated. The whole process was painless through my insurance company - thank God for the free replacement from them! Thanks, Mike!

Photos attached of the horrendous scratches safelite Forrester drive put on my 4Runner right next to my windshield. I took photos before they serviced it and no scratches. My car is a 2024. It’s repeated scratches over and over as if made by a tool or someone clothing while they were repairing it. What disgusting and disrespectful people to treat my car this way. I’ll be reporting them to my insurance.

Britt was amazing. He went above and beyond to get the job done. He kept me informed throughout the process. Britton is a company asset. He should be promoted and given a raise for his amazing work ethic. Britt please don’t lose the way you serve customers. Your customer service is rare. It will take you a long way in life young man. Britt will get the job done! Thank you so much Britton!

Had to get a new windshield and called my insurance company and ask me for pictures which I did take before and after and the overall performance and how professional Travis was. He went and explained in detail of what I could do and how long it would take before I could wash my vehicle. Which is normal because the glue and sealer had to have drying time. Very pleased with Safelite.

Alyssa was grate she came out to fix a Crack/chip in my windshield on a car i just bought she was honest and let me know that she could try to fix it but unfortunately someone else has tried fixing it and there wouldn't be much she could do other than try to clean it up for me she also gave me a few options for future replacement etc... Alyssa is great and knows what she is doing.

Some form of price range or a simple estimate would have been nice to know beforehand regarding the camera calibration. $500 to attach a computer to the car and have a tech push a few buttons is ridiculous. No mention of this cost ahead of time either. Its a simple check box. Kind of crooked / shady business tactics.ServicesAuto windshield repairPrice assessmentOverpriced
