Resilient Auto Glass!!! This place is by far the BEST customer service that will make SC shine for me. Window was stuck down and thought it was the regulator. Found this place on Google after having five different quotes ranging from $350 - $700. Yikes. I took the door panel off and stored in the back seat four days earlier while i searched for a regulator I could install myself. I needed to travel long distance and was desperate and saddened about the cost. I initially called and received a text woth quote within minutes. After calling back I asked if the window could just be placed back up. He had noticed my telephone number was out of state. I told him the situation and to come on in. Upon arrival he greeted me with a handshake and smile. Driving a bit of distance to the location , I had to use the facilities. Three minutes had not passed and when I returned the window was up. Literally 3 minutes!! Turns out it was NOT the regulator, but the switch. Saving me some nearly hundreds!! A small fix no more than 30 solid bucks I could do later. Micheal and his office did NOT charge one cent!! FREE, FREE, FREE, Gratis!!! I would highly recommend this place. I even got to meet and greet with the five month old pup! This greatly made my day and my travel. THANK YOU, MICHAEL!! The customer service and friendly welcome are worth more than five stars, you are a MILLION!! I am truly grateful.

I recently had the pleasure of using Resilient Auto Glass for a windshield replacement, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was exceptional. The scheduling process was quick and easy, and they were able to accommodate my busy schedule. On the day of the appointment, Michael arrived right on time and was incredibly professional. He explained the entire process, answered all my questions, and completed the job in no time. The quality of the work was outstanding—my new windshield looks perfect, and I can’t even tell it was replaced! What impressed me most was their attention to detail. They cleaned up thoroughly and even ensured that my vehicle was safe and ready to drive afterward. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially given the quality of service I received. They truly go above and beyond to provide a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

I broke the back glass out of my beloved 01 Camry. A friend recommended a glass service in Pickens. They said they’d look for a replacement glass and get back to me. I called them back several hours later and they couldn’t get to it for a month. They handed me off to a glass company in Easley. He couldn’t give me a quote and said he’ll call me back when his supplier called him back. 24 hours went by without a call back so I called resilient. He gave me a quote, set a 9am appointment even though the replacement glass was still in Charlotte. Long story short 18 hours after I called resilient they had my glass in for a reasonable $450. It looks beautiful inside and out. Thank you Resilient for your kindness and professionalism.

Michael was amazing. I spent more hours than I can count calling all over looking for someone to replace glass in my International dump truck with a custom cab and custom cut glass windows. I finally called Resilient Auto Glass and he came to my house that evening after work to measure the 2 pieces of broken glass. Michael returned in just 2 days to install the glass he had custom cut and it fit better than what was originally installed. Michael explained everything thoroughly and was extremely detailed in his installation. I highly recommend him and will use him in the future.

I 💕 the experience and dedication that Michael demonstrated!! Michael kept contact with me from the time I inquired about my windshield replacement, when he located the windshield, when the windshield was delivered to his shop, to when he was on his way with my new windshield and finally to the end when he put it onto my car. The price was beyond reasonable compared to elsewhere I've phoned. Especially since he made sure my 1995 Honda Civic was road ready and safe for me. That kind of service and dedication IS Priceless!! Just moved from Oregon and hit a bird on the road driving my Fiat Multipla and was at a loss on where to get it fixed as nobody had the glass. I called around and got into contact with Michael who was very understanding of my situation. He found the glass and got to work right away. I’ve been to other glass shops before but they always damage the trim pieces or loose tabs. Michael does amazing work, got the car back without a scratch and with everything back together just as it was. I love my multipla and won’t take it to any other glass guy!

I can not recommend Mike enough! My sunroof shattered and fell in on me on my way to work Monday morning. I called Mike and he ordered a sunroof and was able to get it the next day. I dropped my car off on Tuesday, he made sure my car was in his shop before the rain came. He had my sunroof fixed in 1 day! He even cleaned my car up for me. Mike went the extra mile and fixed my drivers seat that was broken. He is absolutely amazing and very thorough. If I ever need any glass work done I will be calling Mike at resilient. Thanks again Mike!!

Michael went above and beyond finding a window for my car. My driver side window had shattered, I reached out to resilient auto glass and Michael was on the move. He called around everywhere and never gave up until he came across the glass for my car. Mind you the glass for my car had been discontinued so it was extremely rare that he found one. I'm extremely grateful. I don't have a before picture but I did put the after picture below. Thank you again

I was very pleased with the quality of service provided by Michael! I brought my jeep into his shop 2 days after talking with my insurance about getting a glass claim. Me and him talked for quite some time about many car things outside of my windshield which I greatly appreciated! I have also had my coworker have their glass replaced by Michael and he was able to help them no problem. I couldn’t recommend anyone else for your glass needs! 6/5 stars!

They replaced my cracked windshield and the glass quality and workmanship is excellent. They also calibrated the forward safety sensing camera. All the work was done in less time than I anticipated. Plus the waiting room is very nice and their dog, Juniper, kept me company! BE AWARE, my insurance company defaults to Safelite, but as I discovered, most insurance companies will let you pick your own repair shop.
