I took the day off work after being told they would not schedule the replacement until they knew they had the windshield in stock. This was on a Monday. The repair was scheduled for Thursday; at this point I assumed the windshield had been confirmed in stock since I was told they wouldn’t schedule without confirmation. They called me at 9:15 Thursday morning to inform me they did not have the windshield in stock. I’m obviously unhappy since I now took an unpaid day off work to have this repaired. I spoke to COURTNEY in customer service to explain the situation. She proceeded to accuse me of yelling at her (never once did I raise my voice) after explaining to her I was unhappy and would like to speak to her manager and she HUNG UP ON ME. I waited on hold for 30 minutes to speak with the manager before being hung up on AGAIN. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE. DO NOT USE THEM!

Is this how your company does business? At 2:15pm your installer calls to say he's on he way and what's the location. I tell him the address which he stated on the phone works out good due how his route was setup. your installer guy called me at 2:28pm to say he doesn't see our car. I then call my wife, who says she's on the way back to work from getting herself something to eat while on the phone with him. I then tell him that she's on the way back and needs 3-5 minutes. He said he couldn't wait long. Upon our conversation ended he left immediately. The store owner verified that he left immediately, 2 minutes tops. My wife calls me back at 2:35pm and said she doesn't see the installer. I called the number he called from, no answer. He calls me back at 2:39pm to say he says moved on to his next job. And how he's a single father and the next job is in Columbia. That he gave ample time for the car to be available. I expressed that he didn’t not say at anytime how far out he was in the initial conversation & that I was not mad at all. But disappointed. He stated that he did in fact wait and your company could check the GSP. I’m highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism represented by your installer for your company!! Got a windshield replacement through insurance. It leaked, and to this day I still think it's warped since the wipers scrape across the glass. The technician came out during the day while I was sleeping cuz I work nights , he fixed the leak and took my $50 wiper blades off and replaced them with the cheapest thing possible saying these cars prefer cheap blades! He took my good blades! I called management and never got a call back. I should have just called the insurance company let them handle it but I work 60 hours a week. Call Safelite.

Arrow Auto Glass is a professional entity and their staff has made our business shine by providing prompt, reliable and effective replacement of our clients windshields. Told me on Friday of last week when I made my appointment I would have a technician at my home between 7:30 and 9:30 this morning never heard from them then when I called they tell me oh no he will contact you between 7:30 and 9:30 which hasn't happened either. Phenomenal job! Was recommended to me by my insurance and boy am I pleased! They had me worried because one glass they had was scratched but luckily they were able to get another that same day!
