20/20 Auto Glass Greenville

DISCLAIMER: Not an ad, nor do I receive anything from making this post. Only a repeat customer who was always happy with the services I received, but absolutely in awe of my experience this time. This is my 2nd or 3rd time using 20/20 Auto Glass Repair. Because I was putting this through my insurance this time, I allowed my insurance to make an appointment with a different company, only to live to regret that decision. After waiting 5 weeks for repair only to have the company cancel, I requested my insurance to make an appointment with 20/20. Their extremely kind technician, Tony, has serviced our needs before. Hearing of our dilemma (waiting 5 weeks for repair with the other company) this wonderful man took it upon himself to help us by squeezing us in onto his own busy schedule by using his own time, a kindness that was absolutely astounding, and virtually unheard of in this day and age! He took time away from his family to come to our home and replace/install/recalibrate our windshield quickly, efficiently and with a smile on his face and now- thanks to him-my husband will no longer have to take time off to take me to my numerous medical appointments. Their pricing is competetive with the other repair/services in our area, but their customer service, due to Tony and others like him, is second to none! I've written to my insurance agent to request that they make 20/20 Auto Glass Repair the provider of choice in my file, and I strongly urge anyone reading this to do the same. Making them your first call of choice will probably be the only call you have to make.

I really want to recognize how incredible this company was with helping us. I had my windshield replaced and after the replacement my car was having calibration issues with the sensors. We took it to the dealership and they were quick to try to charge me 2800 to replace a problem they couldn’t identify. I went here the next day and they were so kind and quick to work up a plan. Before we even confirmed the problem was beyond fixing, the owner was calling around talking to people and getting a timeline on the second best option. Due to being in the military, we were on a time crunch and the owner was so accommodating and understanding and quick to work out a plan for us. The technician was wonderful and got the problem resolved! They had a concern about one of the sensors and told me to call back if I couldn’t get it to work and I’m happy to say my car is back to normal. This company cares about their customers and showed so much compassion today. I HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you for your help!!!

They gave me a 2 hour window (usually means a guesstimate at best) and showed up earlier than later in that window. The technician was punctual, courteous and professional. Said the install would take about 45 minutes. When I went out to check on his progress at exactly 45 minutes expecting to hear an excuse of why he wasn’t finished (as with EVERY other company I’ve used) he was just finishing up with cleaning ALL the other glass on my Tahoe. That’s a lot of glass! Who does that? Having been in law enforcement for 3 decades, I’ve had to replace my windshield probably a dozen times, and 20/20 Auto Glass is by far the best company I’ve used to do the job. Two BIG and emphatic thumbs up to these guys. And to top it all off, from the time I called to the time my windshield was replaced, was around 18 hours and THEY did all the insurance company paperwork. I was very impressed with 20/20 Auto Glass. My insurance provider recommended them to me and I'm so glad they did. They even called me within about an hour after I contacted my insurance company. Walked me through everything with insurance. Continually asked if I had any questions about the process. On the day of the install, they arrived right within the window they said they would and had my entire windshield replaced in less than one hour. My technician, Mike, was so professional and patient with my questions. I can tell that these technicians take great pride in their work. I would recommend 20/20 Auto Glass to friends and family and, hopefully I won't have to, but I would definitely use them again. Thanks for making what could very easily have been a frustrating experience a really great one, 20/20!

EASY PEASY! After our Xmas road trip left us with a windshield ding that turned into an ever-growing crack, we called 20/20 Auto Glass based on their Google rating and stellar reviews. In my experience, these reviews are fully earned and deserved. The whole process couldn't have been easier. In S.C., if you have comprehensive insurance, you'll pay nothing to replace your windshield. You simply provide vehicle number and some basic info on insurance. They 3-way call your insurance, and after a few quick questions, you're on the schedule! They were out in a few days (after the rain finally let up) and within half an hour my windshield was replaced! This was a start-to-finish professional experience that exceeded my expectations (due to how streamlined their process was and how quickly they came out). A+!

We had our windshield replaced by 20/20, via our insurance company. The replacement glass looks great, and they completed the install quickly. However, I scheduled my replacement for after 2pm on a Friday since I work out of town. When they contacted me on Friday, they said they were scheduled for 11am-1pm, when I would not be at home. They did manage to switch up the schedules so that the install technician could come after 2pm as originally scheduled... BUT... when he showed up, the inventory folks had given him the wrong windshield. They did recover nicely by having an install technician come out early Saturday morning; he did great work and arrived on time. Overall, I am satisfied but would have appreciated them getting the schedule correct and bringing the right part the first time.

My insurance company referred me to 20/20 Auto Glass to replace my windshield on my truck. They were very friendly and courteous over the phone and obtained all the needed info. On the day of the installation, they contacted me the morning to let me know when the technician would be arriving. Tyler P (The technician) arrived promptly at the time he mentioned. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He told me exactly what he was doing each step of the way and told me how long the replacement would take. I was very pleased with the service, quality and timeliness of the glass replacement. They even replaced my windshield wipers at no charge. I would highly recommend 20/20 Auto Glass for any auto glass replacement.

Tyler Parker and Tyler Chatham were my techs. The Tyler's were what I called them! They were so polite, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about their work. Tyler took the time to explain everything that was going to be done to my car and the quality of everything that I was getting. They took their time and did a Great job! It didn't take long at all and they cleaned up as though it was their car. I have had a glass replacement done before and it was nothing compared to the great service I got done by 20/20 Auto Glass. I have been telling everyone about the great service they genuinely offer and if they need anybody to replace glass these are the guys for the job! 20/20 Auto Glass are the BEST!!!

I am super pleased with how easy this process was and with how professional Ronald is! Scheduling to replace my front windshield was easy and just took a few minutes. The day before my appointment, I got the generic "tech will show up between 8 AM-5 PM" text. The morning of my appointment day, Ronald called. He identified himself and his employer which is rare, and I really appreciate that. He told me he would arrive between 2 PM-4 PM which helped me because I could get errands done in the morning and not be stressing that he would just show up while I was gone. Absolutely amazing! From start to finish I was never left in the dark and felt very comfortable about the process. Matt and Tyler called to discuss brands of glass (aftermarket vs Oem) and helped me decide which would be best for my application. I'm very particular about my vehicles and I couldn't be happier with the quality and attention to detail Tyler delivered with installing my windshield. He was on time, informative and treated my vehicle with care! He made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the glass and the installation before leaving. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Just an overall awesome experience!
