Had a terrible experience and was not good quality work. Was told on the phone by Brett that they could handle a Subaru Crosstrek and told that as long as I brought it in shop the sensors would not be an issue. Also told me to tell my insurance to send the claim over and assured me everything would be fine. I brought the car in and they replaced the windshield and not the front passenger door like we talked about on the phone. Nothing was wrong with the windshield and I literally had a whole window knocked out of the car. Had to go back a second day in a row and they had to order a new window and then NEVER acknowledged they made a mistake or apologized for the inconvenience as I work full time and have a baby and my husband is away on orders. Then when I get the car the sensor does not work so the window will not roll up all the way despite me being assured on the phone that it won’t be an issue. It is also loose and out of alignment and I told them to vacuum but they did not and I still have some glass in the car and slight rattle. I do not recommend them and just listen to what your insurance company recommends. Also my feedback for Auto Glass Now on Bull street is this, mistakes happen and I understand that. But acknowledge your mistake and don’t just talk over the customer and not listen. Also when someone is upset “short” jokes don’t help.

I regret to inform you that my experience with Auto Glass has left me dissatisfied. The appointment was scheduled for January 23rd, however, the technician did not arrive until January 24th. Although they arrived at 12:10 pm, they left just 14 minutes later without replacing the glass. The reason given was that the weather conditions were unfavorable, despite the fact that I had already spent almost two and a half hours waiting for them to arrive. I strongly suspect that they lacked the correct materials for the job, which is why they used the inclement weather as an excuse. They rescheduled my appointment for a week later, and while they eventually replaced the glass, the same day I received a call from them informing me that they had accidentally broken the glass on my driver's panel. Furthermore, the panel is now uneven, and there is also damage to the plastic panel on the exterior of the car, which was not mentioned to me. It is now February 4th, almost a week later, and the damages caused by Auto Glass have yet to be resolved. In summary, Auto Glass has not only failed to keep their scheduled appointments, but they have also caused more damage to my vehicle than the initial crack in the glass. Such negligence and unprofessionalism are unacceptable, and I hope that this matter will be addressed promptly to avoid further inconvenience.

I recently had a disappointing experience. The scheduling process was disorganized; I had to call several times for updates. My initial appointment (mobile) on March 17, was canceled because my windshield was out of stock. Brett, the manager, promised to call me with an update but never did. I followed up on March 20, he acknowledged forgetting about my order but assured me he would notify me once my windshield arrived. On March 26 I followed up again, I learned it was in, but my repair couldn't be a mobile visit this time due to its cost and the make and model of my car, which I found puzzling because my initial visit was a mobile visit. While the actual repair seems satisfactory, the customer service was poor. Brett was rude and unprofessional, never acknowledging me when I arrived. He avoided eye contact, and when I expressed concerns about his technicians wearing jeans around my light-colored seats, he dismissed my concerns. He slammed my key down and shouted whether I wanted the service or not, going on a rant about being in the windshield repair business for 40 years. Overall, I would not recommend this windshield repair service and suggest seeking a more customer-focused business.

My husband called and made an appt on Friday for a MOBILE glass windshield replacement for his van at our home for 3pm on Monday. He received a text Sunday from the company that the appt was the following day at 8am. That’s wasn’t correct. So he called them Monday morning to ensure appt was at 3pm. The receptionist confirmed and said they would be out at 3. Monday comes and at 3:30pm He calls and ask where they are. Not here. And receptionist said the appt was for at the shop. He advised her it was not for the shop but a mobile repair and that he called Friday and also Monday morning to confirm this information. She didn’t seem to careless that he wasted his time booking and even took time off work to be here for an appt that they didn’t show up for. He didn’t get a call back either after hanging up frustrated when she informed him they weren’t even on their way. She didn’t care to make any of this right. Not to happy and searching for someone else to do this job that will hopefully show up.

We’re do I even start from messing up the first time on the install to ruining my new tint a week later trying to fix it! Highly recommend using any other glass replacement service then AUTO GLASS NOW my windshield was replaced on March 4th by them I had then tinted on March 8th and there after discovered a leak from the first rain fall on March 10th after AUTO GLASS NOW messed it up the first time oddly enough they then decided to scratch my tint all up in the process of fixing it! Talk about customer service care The cherry on top is the shops manager is a rude unprofessional individual whom instead of standing by the mess up of his techs want to stand by his our policy doesn’t cover damage to aftermarket parts will be contacted by the BBB in less then 2 days time!

The guy called me 10 minutes before he showed up and he didn’t even do it right. It doesn’t leak, but the next day a piece of the trim came off, so because the guy didn’t take his time to do the job I have to go back to the shop. Today March 4 of 2025 I called again to your company and they kept putting on hold, and they don’t fix their mistake, they told me I had to go to shop to fix it when is a reason I asked you to come to my house, but since you already got paid you don’t want to send anybody, I’ll contact my insurance so you fool people anymore 😡

Staff was very helpful with assisting talking to the insurance initially, very knowledgeable of SC glass coverage laws, spoke to representatives of insurance on my behalf when needed, patient, quick/efficient. Did the well at removing broken glass pieces, gave great dos and don’ts for after care. Loved these guys! Very kind very knowledgeable, would go back for any future repairs. Hope I don’t have to but I choose them again. (Residue from glue from tape I used prior to the fix to cover hole with plastic not from them)

Quick and painless process for windshield replacement! Branch smashed my windshield early AM, called them on the way to work, had the car in within an hour of touching base, and picked back up in less than 5 hours! Was able to file a claim through my insurance at the same time and have it fully covered - it’s like the windshield incident never happened, and most of that is thanks to how easy Auto Glass Now (and Brett at the front) were to contact and communicate with. Thanks yall!

Overall the glass replacement on our Tesla Model Y went well. No problems with the glass thus far. Unfortunately with this being the guys first Tesla replacement, they didn’t reconnect all the wires properly so we’re having to call Tesla to send out a technician to figure out what’s wrong with our GPS system. Ideally like to see the inside on the windshield cleaned before turning it over but I’ll deal with that.ServicesAuto side window replacement

First I want to say it was my pleasure to have Auto Glass Now fixed my car window. I went in for a quote came out paying zero dollars. The man at the front desk informed me that most full coverage insurance pays for your glass in your car. My appointment was at 9 AM and they were finished at 9:20 my glass looks just like new. Thank you AUTO GLASS NOW you have a customer for life with this kind of fast, friendly, and informative customer service.
